Laptop wasn't powering on or showing any signs of life so brought it to Leon who revived it within half an hour and gave me some pointers on how I could improve it's performance and squeeze another year or two out of it as it is getting long in the tooth. Top man Leon, thanks for all the help and advice.
Leon was awesome! I needed to transfer data from my broken laptop to an external hard drive and it was as easy as dropping it off and picking it up within the same hour! He also gave me some great advice about hard drives to prevent this from happening again in the future which I appreciate Thanks again

Leon was really friendly and helpful! When we brought our laptop in, the issue didn’t occur again. Leon didn’t charge us for it and even advised what we could do if the problem surfaced again. Service was A+!
Great experience and service. I highly recommend. I found Leon on google search and his glowing reviews prompted me to bring my precious laptop to him. He exceeded my expectations on speed of service in fixing and replacing my battery which was causing my laptop to bludge. He gave great advice that is very valuable to my personal and professional use of cloud as well as educating me on the issue I had with battery and it's potential dangers if I had left it for a few weeks longer.

Being from the old school and having virtually NO computer skills it is easy for a technician to take advantage of an older person as his reports and feedback are taken as gospel.I have dealt with Leon at"all computer support cairns"on numerous occasions over the past few years and feel absolutely comfortable with his directions and conclusions.
