This happened about 10 minutes ago . 1:15am Tuesday 25th November by the girl with the monobrows.nDepending the time you get there, you can get the most rudest unhelpful staff that act like they hate their job. Tried to fill up the car with petrol as going out of town tomorrow and had asked for a specific product in which the girl with the monobrows had refused to help at all. I had asked her if she could walk to where it is located at the end of the store and I would stand outside that window so I can see what she means but was unwilling and does everything as if she hates her job. No smile or at least pretend she likes helping customers.nnAnother time, when I was filling up petrol, a different girl on had messed up many customers orders including those paying with cash. Not sure how much correct change to hand out and forgetting to assign the correct one when people were filling up their car with petrol. This happened on a Friday night. I guess she was overwhelmed as the manager told me she was new After 3 times asking she had yelled at me in front of a store full of customers and not apologized once. I had gone in the next day to speak to the manager in which I was told she would speak to her employee about it but the next time I came in the manager was hiding out the back. She saw me come in and went to the back office pretending to be busy.nnIs this how you run your business? You should be ashamed.

Poorest customer service. Filled the gas. There was no soap in the toilet. Advised the staff. Waited 10 mins after filling the gas. When no customer in the store. Politely asked the staff if he can fill the soap. Staff said cannot do it right now. There was no customer in the store. Poorest customer service by the staff.

I am writing to formally complain about the behavior of the day-shift staff at the Dinsdale Z Station. During my recent visit, I experienced rude and disrespectful treatment from staff members. Their attitude and manner of communication were unprofessional and unacceptable for customer service.nnAs a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. This experience left me feeling frustrated and uncomfortable, and it reflects poorly on the standards I believed Z Energy upheld.nnI request that this issue be looked into and that appropriate action be taken to ensure better customer service going forward. I would appreciate confirmation that my complaint has been received and is being addressed.nnThank you for your attention.

Very disappointed with the employees yesterday, as i went here to fill up my car and did all the process and picked the nozzle to fill up, after finishing when I sit in my car, the lady came and said your card transaction didn't go thru, I said ohhh I went inside and 2 employees an indian man and women looking straight at me talking and laughing away, very disrespectful as they thought I'm running away without doing the payment, I went to the cashier and told her I did the pin and every process and wonder what happened as it was my credit card, so I used the same card inside and everything was fine.nThey could see on the camera that every individual who come what they do at the pumps, but still those 2 employees being so disrespectful.nVery disappointed.nNever feel like going back to this place again.
