Very RUDE grumpy lady at the front desk. Older lady with grey hair. Overcharged me almost $2 for a pie. Worst customer service ever. If I could give no stars I would.

Old antique pumps, can't put a hold on card to fill up and has all pumps on pre-pay, they need to upgrade every other modern petrol station allows you to pay at the pump and fill up with no problems.

I ordered x2 Mixer Bundles on your Uber Eats app at 12ish this morning and only received x1 Mixer Bundle and I would like this issue resolved

Absolutely appalling! Today my husband who is an artist and deinstalling our wharenui Harikoa which has been at Waikato Museum since December, went into this BP as we’ve done countless times before to fill our daughters car, a Mazda Demio, and buy a pie. He goes to fill up his car when a voice in the intercom says he’s not allowed to fill up there. There is no sign on the pump that you can’t fill without paying first. He goes into the station where he is told that by the looks of his ‘car’ racial profiling beginning here he cannot fill before paying. My husband was in his overalls and looking very much like a working man. The man at the station then proceeded to tell him that he knows people like him! Unbelievable. My husband said to him that he didn’t know him at all and that all he wanted to do was to put petrol in his car and buy a pie. The attendant was appalling and basically said that because of how he looked and how his car looked he expected him to do a runner. Outrageous! My husband then paid for his pie and gas and said he would be back to speak with the manager an hour later. When he returned he was told he has driven off without paying for his petrol even tho he had given them his credit card to pay but had only been charged for the pie. Not the gas. Unbelievable!! He had been labeled a drive off when their incompetence had meant they hadn’t charged him for the petrol! The manager was absolutely useless and the person who accused him of not being able to pay was totally disgusting.nnWe will never go to this station ever again and we have contacted their head office. This is an outrage to us.nnI hate to even give them a 1 star

Bad Night shift worker.nnNever gives you what you order via Ubereats and always misses items entirely. Have needed to get multiple refunds via the app for their poor handling.
