Booked a trailer for 1pm the day before we needed it were told it was fine. These people in order to make an extra buck rented the last trailer out at 11 for 5 hours. Lo and behold, no trailer for us and now we're stck. Useless people. Do not rent from them.

i hired a trailer and fuelled up here and everything was fantastic, owner is very friendly and trailer hireage is cheapest in the area
Most of the staff are friendly and welcoming. However there is one young indian male staff member that could do with some customer service training. He never replies if you greet him. Quite arrogant and rude. No thank you nothing. I asked him if he was oK the other day but nothing just totally ignored me. If it wasn't for the other pleasant staff members I'm sure I wouldn't go back there.
