Z - Five Cross Roads - Service Station

The service here is absolutely shocking. My review is over 10 visits to this location the exact same service.. The two Indian ladies behind the counter busy talking to each other not paying attention to the customer and then when they actually serve you they don't say anything Just scan the item then it pops up on if poss for you to pay.. also their petrol is at least 4 to 5 cents more a liter than anywhere else. Definitely not a good look for Z

Rude staff at the counter as at 00:10 AM 2/03/26. Have been coming to this station since a very long time but may be not anymore.

Service was bad no eye contact no smiles when we were trying to get coffee and it tasted bad for a mocha and a hazelnut latte the service was rushed when theirs 3 people on shift. It's better off buying hot beverages at BP

Has diesel and two grades of petrol, on a decent size forecourt. Good range of garage snacks inside. The pies are as good as the BP Wild Bean Cafe pies, but the coffee needs work. They did upgrade my coffee one size, which got the fifth star, only four otherwise. Access is a bit tricky as it is on the corner of a very busy five road roundabout, as the name would suggest.
