Z - Five Cross Roads - Service Station

Excellent baristas on the payroll here! We stopped in while travelling through and grabbed two Soy Chai Lattes and they were… mmmm… absolutely delectable nnThe two ladies serving were also so friendly and welcoming; exactly the kind of energy you hope for on a sunny Saturday morning. Will happily stop in again!

Just wanted to use the toilet for 5 mins, so I parked my car outside the shop till that time. There were no signs suggesting I can’t park there. An old lady from the staff came and just started shouting “this is not a car park, go there if you wanna park”. Lady!! You could have said that to me in a respectful and human-like way and I would have listened. Happened on 29 March 2026, around 9:30 pm.

I am a regular Z customer, but unfortunately I would not recommend this site at night. I have had multiple poor experiences with the night shift staff. The customer service has been consistently unhelpful and disappointing.

Why include onion in a beef, jalapeno and cheese pie and not advertise the fact?! I can't eat onion, it makes me sick and I had to toss the pie.nAlso, onions have a strong taste and surely anyone buying a jalapeno pie is buying it for the jalapeno taste?nIt's just poor design and insult to the jalopeno pie, as well as misleading people who have food intolerance and allergies when there is zero expectation onion would be in that pie because it's not the norm.nPasty wasn't good anyway too hard and bland.
