The cleanliness at this BP station really needs improvement. I have never seen the toilets clean — they are always dirty, which is disappointing for customers.nnThe staff also appear unhappy and uncomfortable, which gives the impression they may not be properly supported at work. Maintaining basic cleanliness and a positive environment should be a priority for BP.nnI hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both hygiene standards and staff working conditions.nIf you can’t do that shut your bp down and stay home.

I wanted to give a shout out to a staff member Jessica at BP Frankton, who went above and beyond with her customer service. She was warm, professional, and extremely helpful. It’s clear she cares about customers and takes pride in her work. Experiences like this are why I keep coming back. Thank you, Jessica, for such outstanding service!

Got car wash deluxe thought this was good, until I got home the wheels 2 of them were not clean, broke my aerial, and scratched the top of my car. I only have a small car.nWon't come here again

Please teach your staff, how to behave, one of the guy making coffee in the morning is grumpy all the time, that is why in reviews people talk about the tall Indian guy is rude as he'll, owner have to do something about it, coz im gonna email to head office is well and tell them to read reviews.

I was really looking forward to starting my morning with a good coffee and muffin, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The coffee I received was burnt and had a bitter taste, making it hard to enjoy. To make matters worse, the muffin was soggy and not fresh at all. It completely ruined my early morning mood. Based on past experience, I would suggest ordering from the Central City 2 BP instead — they consistently serve fresh food and properly made coffee. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality for future customers.
