I recently stopped by a BP service station and had one of the best coffee experiences I’ve had in a while. I usually think of BP as a convenient place to grab a quick cup on the go, but this time, the staff really went above and beyond.
Rudest staff I have ever seen at a BP station. The Indian guy with long hair at 05:40 AM on 29/06/24 gave me someone else's coffee of Stephen C. Went back to inform , no apologies given and talked to me very rudely. This person always looks as if being forced to work.nNot coming to this BP anymore due to bad customer service.
The toilets at this location were very dirty would never revisit. I have found most BP restrooms very clean and well stocked.
The rudest staff I have ever seen. I bought caramel mocha and took 15min for two girls to make a coffee. They have forgotten to put the caramel syrup in the coffee. Went back and told them there is no caramel in the coffee and one of them just poured the caramel into the same coffee and tried to mix it. No apology made by them and they can laugh like a joke going on.
First of all I want to thank you ayaan for your hospitality. I have been coming to the store for the last two years, but today something is different there.
