I always have a great experience at this bp. Everyday Saturday I am greeted by Brahm who greets me with a smile and makes the perfect coffee. I strongly recommend trying this location. Never disappoints!

I was really looking forward to starting my morning with a good coffee and muffin, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The coffee I received was burnt and had a bitter taste, making it hard to enjoy. To make matters worse, the muffin was soggy and not fresh at all. It completely ruined my early morning mood. Based on past experience, I would suggest ordering from the Central City 2 BP instead — they consistently serve fresh food and properly made coffee. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality for future customers.

One of the Indian female staff refused to let me fuel my tank because I wore a mask. Had to remove it to show my face before she agreed to let me lift the nozzle. What a shame. Gotta sack them, they are going to give the company a bad public image.

I have been several times on a Sunday morning and had a terrible experience each time. Two girls each time, no customer service. Gossiping to eacother while serving, not even speaking to customers.nnOrdering hot chocolates that have been terrible every time. Last Sunday 13/10 around 10:40am I ordered two hot chocolates. They were horrible. We both took one sip and had to tip it out. They were scolding hot it burnt our mouth. Tasted of only burnt milk. Couldn't taste any chocolate. Opened them up and saw no chocolate.nnWon't be going back.

Poor coffee this morning from this BP never will visit again for the price make sure you train ppl was like warm milk and burnt coffee
