Z - Pukete - Service Station

The old lady, who might be the manager, lacks manners and customer service skills. She became increasingly loud and rude to me this morning. I had gone there to inquire about my car wash voucher that had expired while they were doing renovation work. She became upset and began accusing me of having already used it and attempting to claim another voucher. I ended the conversation with her as soon as she made the accusation. Self respect was more important to me than arguing with such a mannerless woman.

Think it was around 2am, i was on my way back to hospital to give my youngest daughter a break from being with her older sister. The staff members customer services strangely enough was comforting.

I go here regularly as I'm a local but came across the most lovely staff member last night she had an Australian accent, was so super friendly and told me my FlyBuys card could be used towards my cup of coffee to get 1point, and all the times I've been there and bought plenty of coffees no one has ever explained that. So thank you for doing your job well.

Good place clean and tidy enjoyed filling up. Grabbed ice for the road pumped up tyres. Lots of space staff helpful.nTry the car wash so neat and coffee really good.

I called in to McDonalds Te Rapa this morning to get a coffee. As I was leaving the car park I drove through the Z Pukete forecourt to get on to Te Rapa Rd. Later in the day I notice that my Visa has a charge pending of $150 from Z Pukete. What the ......?
