Z - Pukete - Service Station

DO Not Use Z Terapa, the staff is extremely rude and disrespecting…..nToday 11 December 11:22 am , I keep standing in Z terapa, with noodle in my hand, nothing was coming, the girl didn’t communicate with us properly. My sister had scarf and I dnt know if she was discriminating or what. We keep looking at her. She ignore, not signing me to come in or in speaker didn’t tell me what is wrong. I went in and told her I didn’t know what to do cause she didn’t communicate.nShe didn’t even apologise.nWhen I went back in the car to fill it. Then she telling in speaker while I’m still in the shop. I didn’t fill my car so I just left.nManagers please do better job in training, or if it has too much rules please hand a clear sign what is need to be done.

This Z service station is top-notch they have great service the toilet is clean and the staff are friendly. I am happy to stop here in the future.

Hmm, I ordered a decaf iced Americano and the app said it was a large size. However, what I received was much smaller. There was no label or anything on the cup, so I had to ask if it was mine. I shouldn’t have ordered an iced Americano from Z. What a bad experience!

Customer service is dead and clear proof is this gas station. The way they talk to customers its unbelievable and Management or whoever incahrge is need to put these people through some basic customers service training.

Good place clean and tidy enjoyed filling up. Grabbed ice for the road pumped up tyres. Lots of space staff helpful.nTry the car wash so neat and coffee really good.
