Z - K Drive - Service Station

The customer service here is truly appalling, I’ve never witnessed such bad service and such rudeness.nThe amount of times I’ve come in and stood at the check out waiting to be served in the evening and this one particular woman that works in the evenings just stands there doing nothing or counting money, doesn’t even acknowledge you and purposely tries to avoid eye contact. Another new woman who works in the evenings is so so rude, also doesn’t acknowledge you, I pre ordered a coffee and when I got there it wasn’t made and then I had to wait an additional 15 mins. They honestly just don’t care and have such poor customer service. They need to have more than one worker on in the evenings.

Worst attitude I have experienced in NZ. Attendant obviously not happy to serve me and while I actually was being served by someone else when she buts in to tell me that she can't make me a small size black coffee. I replied by saying that is ok, give me the big one and charge me for it but please make it half full. Guess what... she took her long face to the machine and gave me the fullest coffee she could. To top it off, the menu actually states that you do sell a small one so you go figure...nOne word : TERRIBLE !!!

Went in to prepay for petrol on 14.10.24 and there was one lady making coffees and another was refilling the chips etc. The service here is slack. I had to wait for the coffee person to finish before I was served. More attention to customer service and restock when there is down time.
