Why are you promoting to use app when your staff is too lazy to scan itwhen we tell them to?nHappened at 7 this morning 13-10-2025 ordered 2 flat white and when gave phone to get the app scanned staff just ignored and dint cared about that.

Been there too many times to countnnService is always a 10/10nnBest atmosphere

They keep you waiting outside the door for 5 minutes then when you spend 8 dollars on a toastie it's cold in the middle and the crust is like eating a brick.

The young guy that works on the forecourt here deserves a customer service medal if that's a thing I haven't looked yet but I'm sure I cant be the first person to say so, he is friendly, helpful and goes the extra mile for the customer.

The customer service here is truly appalling, I’ve never witnessed such bad service and such rudeness.nThe amount of times I’ve come in and stood at the check out waiting to be served in the evening and this one particular woman that works in the evenings just stands there doing nothing or counting money, doesn’t even acknowledge you and purposely tries to avoid eye contact. Another new woman who works in the evenings is so so rude, also doesn’t acknowledge you, I pre ordered a coffee and when I got there it wasn’t made and then I had to wait an additional 15 mins. They honestly just don’t care and have such poor customer service. They need to have more than one worker on in the evenings.
