Reading through these reviews it seems as though we’ve encountered the same guy with the same rude attitude as others. My partner went to get a coffee and hot chocolate this morning and the man serving didn’t like that he wasn’t getting gas. He went to order and the guy was waving his arm to move to the side like he was busy, even though there was no one else in store to serve. He proceeded to wait until one customer outside fuelled up and came inside to pay before making the drinks… he was sooooo rude. We will be complaining to his manager

Caltex on the way out of town Hillcrest there are roadworks so take your time coming in but it's well worth pulling into fill up.nWe noticed a clean 4 quart no queues with easy access fast service I filled up.nlooks like thay have a really nice car wash system.

The guy on the counter needs to be taught customer service. Doesn't greets the customers and talk rudely as well. Looked he wasn't happy with his job. Happened on Wednesday early morning at 3 AM.

Tried to pump gas as people around me were. Wouldn’t let me and I went in and asked and he said he couldn’t and I had to pre pay even though I wanted to fill my car. I ask why the others didn’t have to and he said they used the app. I went out after pre paying to fill what I pre payed and asked them if they used the app they said no. I went back inside to ask why he lied and he said it’s because he’s done an all nighter and is tired. Not good enough I feel profiled stop the lying.

Nice polite service always feel bad for the one person who is there working from 9n6pm by themself
