Caltex - Hillcrest

Caltex on the way out of town Hillcrest there are roadworks so take your time coming in but it's well worth pulling into fill up.nWe noticed a clean 4 quart no queues with easy access fast service I filled up.nlooks like thay have a really nice car wash system.

Refused to let me use the toilet even though I was intending to buy a pie and drink. Your staff member on at 9.58am march 30th was shockingly rude.

Convenient for me to gas up after work on my way home, the last chore of the day

Usually a really good service station with decent pricing, I go here quite often. But far too often have I come to clean my windscreen and the buckets/water cans are all empty! I went around and filled them all up today at 11am 28th of October 2025. I made sure the attendant could see me and they could. So anyone using caltex Hillcrest. Hamilton and you see the buckets/water cans full. You're welcome. People get paid to do that and can't even do it. What a joke.

Probably encountered the same rude staff as some reviews mentioned here. Customer service is non existent, the guy certainly doesn’t live a very happy life! If you don’t want your day ruined I suggest you go fuel up somewhere else!
