I recently ordered a delivery through their website which was delivered using DeliverEasy. The delivery driver missed all bags from the fridge/freezer. When I called and contacted the appropriate person, they were able to resolve this quickly and easily and my missing items were delivered within the hour alongside an extra treat. They kindly collect my parcels for me. And enquire after my welfare if I’ve been absent for a bit. They work hard and cheerfully- sometimes they pack my shopping for me, like in the good old days!

Always check lemons, oranges, mandarin for there are moldy ones in the mix. This is not the first time but yesterday was the worst. Every pack I picked up or lemons that were sold separately would contain one that was moldy and squishy!!!! Yikes! Price is the same and quality is soo unbelievably bad! What happen to health and safety? Why would you sell produce that are off?? Customers would return them anyway so why not rid off them? Do better Woolworths Mt Eden! If you sell expensive products so should its quality. Unbelievable!!!
