I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the behavior of one of your staff members, Sri.nnI visited your store on Thursday the 19th at around 4:30 PM to seek assistance at the customer service desk. At that time, there were two other customers waiting as well. We were left waiting for a considerable amount of time while Sri was on a personal phone call. She was speaking in her own language and continued the conversation despite us trying to get her attention by waving. She ignored us and did not acknowledge that customers were waiting.nnOne of the customers even mentioned to her that she seemed to be busy on the phone, and she responded that she was organizing a family event. This was clearly a personal matter and not work-related.nnI am particularly concerned because the same situation occurred again today. Once again, Sri was on a personal phone call while customers were waiting for assistance.nnI understand that occasional urgent matters can arise, but repeatedly prioritizing personal phone calls over customers is unprofessional and reflects poorly on your store’s service standards.nnI hope you will address this matter appropriately to ensure customers receive the service and attention they deserve.nnThank you for your attention to this issue.

Woolworths always delivers a wonderful shopping experience. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Staff are friendly and helpful, making the visit enjoyable. I appreciate the wide variety of fresh produce, groceries, and everyday essentials at good prices. It’s a reliable place to shop, and I always leave satisfied.

This place has the most complete and plentiful, freshest and cheapest merchandise in CITY! The customers are very plentiful! The self-checkout is quite large and the clerks are very friendly. I've been here four times in the six days I've lived in CITY and it's awesome!

Great store, but today was the last time I get get delivery. Not sure what the point of paying that delivery fee is and getting hundreds of $ of groceries dropped at the bottom of an apartment building. I don't have crates and a dolly like you do ... Anyway, time for a shower after all that.

Great store for grocery and daily needs. Great produce, great quality. There are good discounts on items. Usually staff is nice and helpful. Unfortunately today we met a female staff who was very rude and in no mood to listen.
