I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the behavior of one of your staff members, Sri.nnI visited your store on Thursday the 19th at around 4:30 PM to seek assistance at the customer service desk. At that time, there were two other customers waiting as well. We were left waiting for a considerable amount of time while Sri was on a personal phone call. She was speaking in her own language and continued the conversation despite us trying to get her attention by waving. She ignored us and did not acknowledge that customers were waiting.nnOne of the customers even mentioned to her that she seemed to be busy on the phone, and she responded that she was organizing a family event. This was clearly a personal matter and not work-related.nnI am particularly concerned because the same situation occurred again today. Once again, Sri was on a personal phone call while customers were waiting for assistance.nnI understand that occasional urgent matters can arise, but repeatedly prioritizing personal phone calls over customers is unprofessional and reflects poorly on your store’s service standards.nnI hope you will address this matter appropriately to ensure customers receive the service and attention they deserve.nnThank you for your attention to this issue.

Organized, convenient and spacious. I shop here often. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Few days ago, I forgot my umbrella at the self-checkout and left it there. Realized it after a good few minutes of walking and went back for it. The moment I walked in and the staff saw me - they recognized me as the one who left the Umbrella and handed back it to me. I didn't have to ask, they knew. I might forget my umbrella again, but will never forget how thoughtful and attentive they were.

i love the location. the variety of the products are surprisingly great. i would also like to give a compliment for two indian staffs in the self service check out area and customer service. they gave sincere smile. nice tone of voice, very good conversation with the customer. feels like they are really helpful and enjoy their job. but unfortunately not with that one chinese staff who looks lazy and arrogant. girl please remind yourself about your job position and do what you supposed to do. if you don't like your job just quit. don't annoy your customer with your bad attitude and poor service. such a big zero to the business. even the old lady staff in the bread area seems nicer than her.

This place has the most complete and plentiful, freshest and cheapest merchandise in CITY! The customers are very plentiful! The self-checkout is quite large and the clerks are very friendly. I've been here four times in the six days I've lived in CITY and it's awesome!

Good selection, plenty of items, usually well stocked with minimal empty shelves and blanks between items. Conveniently walking distance from Universities and public transport such as trains Britomart Station and bus stops along Queen street.
