Woolworths Auckland City

It’s a great store, pretty huge. They have great variety a huge selection. Most of the things are in stock. Produce was fresh, amazing options. Great meat options too, bread, snacks. Kitchen needs, household stuff, laundry, detergent. You name it and they have it. They have fresh mussel’s. Amazing different flowers and plants. There were some herb plants too. Found some really nice deals, they have most of the items that are on promotion. Staff is nice, super quick to assist.

Lots of groceries and space is limited to move around on a busy day. Pricing has really gone up and it is affecting the cost of living for those who are living in the Auckland City area.

I like the woolworth cakes . The cake was nice, yummy, not too sweet, simple decoration, and dont have too much cream. The cake price starts from about $45, a good deal for a regular cake for celebrating workmate's birthday. Make sure to choose the longest expired date and the one that looks nicer amongst the other cakes. Store it in a fridge and take it out one hour before consuming.

Decent market next to downtown Auckland hotels and port area. Deli is nice, fruit and veg stock was fresh, didnt notice any off-putting smells or messes, surprising options for laundry soaps, which was nice.nnThings are restocked pretty quickly, which I appreciate as I came multiple times during my 10 day stay in the area.nnClean, quick, no issues at check out at regular counter with cashier.

On 3/3/2024, my husband and I went to Woolworths Auckland City at Quay Street early because we joined the annual event “Round The Bays”.nnThere were plenty of car parks at the entrance of Woolworths and a few mobility parks too.nnThe supermarket was clean and tidy and of course, it was packed full with participants today.nnWe highly recommend you to check it out if you live in downtown Auckland.
