The Brewery is a sophisticated coffee bar and roastery that pursues good quality and flavorsome coffee. It is a place where coffee enthusiasts can have an intimate coffee experience choosing from different methods of brewing coffee such as Japanese Iced Drip, French Press and the standard Espresso. Customers are also able to select from top quality beans roasted on site. These beans are roasted in the ‘Brewery’ where the shops craftsmen work to provide the best quality beans on the market. Customers are invited to experience an inside perspective of the making process from its origin to consumption. This unique experience allow customers to sample the best coffee by having a seat at the bar overlooking the ‘Brewery’ and interacting with the craftsmen. The Brewery also offers a ‘coffee of the day’ sharing the type of beans used, the brewing method, temperature and color of the coffee.
