Farro Epsom

OK. Prices can be a bit higher than @ the supermarket but quality is good. Got a bit confused @ the counter for the free coffee.. i havent visited for quite a few years so didnt know what this was all about Parking area can be busy & difficult to exit onto manukau road during peak traffic times.

***Update***After your reply, I sent the email with photos of the products that were not available.nThe response received is: We are happy to provide you with a refund so if you still have your receipt please could you send us a photo.nIf not, please tell us the date and the total amount of your shop that day - this is a requirement from our Accounts department and then we will process the refund.nn**Well I could not purcahse anything as it was out of stock and the one product was not honoured at advertised price.nnSo, still waiting for someone to get back to me about the original problem.***nnWent to purchase a few products on promotion and staff at the Epsom branch were 'non existent'. Then, they could not find the products, said they are out of stock. One product was on shelf at normal price. On request to honour the advertised price as per the website of which I showed to the employee he had a long telephone conversation with the 'manager'. I was informed no one in store can help me, to leave my contact details and management will get back to me. Of course it has been silence. No one bothered! Disappointing for a store of this calibre. Other stores service outperforms the Epsom store by far!

My wife with a baby waited in the queue to order coffee after shopping in the store. After waiting for 10 minutes to her turn, a woman suddenly jumped the queue ahead of her. Surprisingly the coffee maker agreed to serve that woman first and did not even ask my wife,I.e. simply ignore. It is a shame to see that in NZ and I used to believe we don't do that.

Customer service good price is superior. Quality the same as other supermarkets. I once purchased some fruits online when it got to us on the next day, the grapes have rotten….

I went to get some gifts ideas. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Excellent shopping experience.
