Good one in this area with wide range of products in cheaper prices.. being a traveler I looked for ready to eat products and it has all kind of options.. parking area is not too small..definitely I will recommend it

Nice big store with a reasonable variety but this store never have Coke No Sugar 8 pk cans and always have poor quality and tired looking meat section esp chicken, need to up the standards in that department. Good to see they've got self serve checkouts don't have to wait in line anymore. Service staff are always efficient and professional, give them a pay rise!

Great supermarket with competitive prices in comparison to Countdown or New World. My only criticism is that it’s often a bit overcrowded, and various items do tend to run out of stock from time to time. It’d be great to see them adopt self service kiosks. Never enough sometimes none small trolleys...nHave had to go outside to trolley bays many times to retrieve a small trolley.nnToday...$ 5.69 for a punnet of Goulding strawberries...no thanks.nnI called the duty manager....basically he didn't give a shit.nnThe store caters for Asians....not New Zealanders.nnI can hardly find my preferred food now.nnSeeing chicken feet in the poultry section makes me dry vomit...nnPerhaps they should have an Asian section.nnSo....ate we ordinary Kiwis going to be forced out of Pak n Save because you no longer cater for us.nnI can't afford to shop at NewWorld and Farro

I’ve been a regular shopper at this store and usually receive great service, but my experience today was deeply disappointing. The staff member at checkout told us she couldn’t put our groceries into the trolley because it was too busy. She left them to the side and expected us to handle it ourselves. However, immediately after, I saw her assist the next customers by placing their groceries into their trolley.nnThis inconsistency felt unfair and made us feel singled out. It’s hard not to wonder if bias played a role in her behavior. This is not the level of service we expect, especially as loyal customers. I hope management looks into this and ensures all customers are treated with respect and consistency moving forward.
