Shelves of essential items like veges, milk, and bread are consistently empty. And the price gouging is absolutely out of control — down the road at New World Vic Park prices are often 50% of what they are here!!

I purchased a bottle of grape water for my baby from this store, only to discover it was expired. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, he did nothing to address the issue. Frustrated, I called the police, who informed me that this is not a criminal matter and suggested I contact a food inspector. I tried reaching out to Auckland Food Complaints, but received no response. Extremely disappointed with the lack of action and accountability from both the store and the authorities.
