I was so delighted by Imelda’s diligence in tracking me down by phone to tell me they had found the watch we had lost in the store.nI left chocolates for her with the lovely Fine as I couldn’t meet her in person but I am forever grateful!

Easily the worst Woolworths in Auckland. About 40% of items aren’t shelved properly. During the busy lunch break staff were cutting off busy shoppers to park empty carts and have social chats with their colleagues. Hopefully I don’t have to go back here again.

Went to Countdown on St Lukes this morning, at the time I thought I was getting a deal on light bulb for $5.00 however when my husband and I got home and tried the bulb in the new lamp it was the wrong size. Thinking nothing of it got the receipt out and notice that they were not on special but charged $15.00.nThought here we go again as this is not the first time that specials on an item was showing incorrect. This is not the only countdown that places special tabs over products where it is showing wrong tabs on products and it's locations.nEnough is enough one too many times on occasions it being around the festive season assuming understandable being overstocked during high volume seasons.nWell decided to return to countdown to exchange for the correct one but after not finding the correct one I approach customer service. The girl was nice at the counter, I asked showing a photo of the light for the lamp, but was told she did not know about light bulbs i was told to go have a look myself that's what they normally tell customers who return items.nOK nice but not helpful at all I showed her other bulbs that I thought she could help but to no avail, I asked her don't you have a duty manager that could help and she pointed to the Manager indian lady who paid no attention to my needs and waved her hand to say no. I then felt the brush off treatment as they were closing soon and I replied ok and asked for a refund after giving the receipt. The money was handed over with no apology or interest that they could not help. This customer service is a joke with the manager showing no interest at all. The photos show all the deals are everywhere the price where the bulb was for $5.00 then to be charged $15.00 last week specials on the mince was $10.00 for beef mince but pork mince was under the deal and they were $12.00.nThe specials and deal offers are getting out of control in the queues where customers like myself think what a great deal and find out its in the wrong Isle or posted incorrectly. is this a strategic ploy for customers to take and you don't notice when being charged because you have other groceries being rung up until you get home who knows but how many others like myself nearly throw the receipt away unless it's a new item that you need to check?. There arrangement and placements of specials and deals need to be monitored and check with organization throughout the trading hours. This is becoming a problem for customers like myself who look at special offers or maybe i am the only one nOK as a big brand name one person noticing this you can excuse or can you????nI don't know? YOU answer! Maybe it never happens who knows? CUSTOMER service or business goes On!
