Woolworths St Lukes

We are regular customer at st lukes woolwarths since 12 years ,today arround 10 :45am I bought the stuff and did check out for the item what I bought,I forget to buy one item so went back with the stuff what I bought it at the same time ,when I went back with Mr Vikas who was on duty as a security guy stopped me saying that you are not supposed to be back with the bag what you just bought, I told him why not I just paid for the item ,you can check it ,he said no you have to go back and put the stuff somewhere and comeback,he alsonsaid we can't check if the items are paid or no ,he wont know if I am going to steal and out something inside the bag ,I told him what told I have paid for item and coming back to grab something which I am going to pay , I was alone by myself so I told him please hold my bag I will get what I want it you can look after my bag,I got very offended and upsetMr.vikas without any proff starred blaming me that I might steal something.nI did mentioned to the lady at the counter while i was paying for the item,nalso how can he stopped me and blame me without any proff. There is no board or nortice saying rhat you cant come back with the item you bought it before few minutes.nnwe buy bulk items from wolwarth for our restaurant we never had such kind of offending bad experience.nMr Vikas should know how to treat his customers.I was well dressed and paid for the items .

I love shopping at Woolworths. Ever since I was young mum would always take me to woollies to do the shopping. I'm talking about the first time it was Woolworths before it became Countdown. Woops, that shows my age. But seriously there have been Alot of kids who have grown up loving woolies and now there mothers themselves shopping there. I just left, everybody at the store is lovely the security how ever, please try speak english the way you were standing around me like I was a thief I’ve been going here for 4years since arriving from Australia. Don’t speak to the workers about me and point then come to me and say scan scan when I was scanning my shopping. How rude

I am surprised that the delicatessen here cannot toast the sandwiches. However Woolworths Newmarket can toast sandwiches. Can you guys provide consistent service throughout the branches?
