We regularly purchase grocery from here. I bought a pack of 500gm tamarind which had a strand of long black hair. I took the item to complaint about it but the staff was negligent and unaccountable of it. They made it a matter of refund. We were not there for pity $5. Keep that with you. My husband was polite then I overheard staff discussion which was so just about the money not for their mistake. I was not feeling well that time otherwise I have approached NZ authorities at the same time. Pathetic service being arrogant and claim us to be respectful. Now I found the invoice at home. I will complaint it to higher authorities of NZ.
