PAK'nSAVE Mt Albert

The Pak’nSave in Mount Albert has undergone significant interior renovations, greatly improving the shopping experience. Previously, it was almost impossible to navigate inside, but they’ve now reorganized the aisles and installed new cold display cabinets and chill racks for milk. Thankfully, the area is now more accessible; it used to feel like walking in the Arctic. The store now looks better and can accommodate more customers.

No. 16 checkout does not specify the maximum number of items you can have in your trolley. After waiting for a very long time in the queue, finally it's your turn, the checkout staff told you to go to another lane because of the limitation. What? Also don't be bothered to complain online because the store won't respond.

It was madness. nnWaiting in the queue to get out took longer than Santa to visit our entire street at Christmas.nnAnd we live on Mount Albert Rd.nnEven the onsite traffic conductor with his Michael Jackson white glove looked frustrated.nnBut he was smiling on the inside.nnBecause he knew.nnWe knew it.nnWe just shopped at the best priced Pak n Save in the country.nnSavings has its disadvantages.nnA traffic jam.

It happened about a month ago. I bought something worth nearly three hundred dollars. When I was checking out, the cashier at counter No. 12. She had a sour face the whole time, spoke English that I couldn't understand, and used her fingers to direct me where I should put the things. It's your loss to have a cashier like this.

Great products and service at decent prices.nPast few times I have come, I have realized that my dogs favorite foods are empty on the product shelf; but are visible packed in packs on the top shelfs.nnOn each occasion I have had to ask a Paknsave staff member who is packing in another aisle for their help. They have always been patient in listening and helping to move the tall trolleys over to the aisle. They then secure the packs and kindly pass me the product I'm after.
