Countdown always has the yummiest bakery stuff! I got a chocolate twist today and it was sooo good warm, chocolatey, and just really yummy. The store is always really organised, and the staff are super kind. The only thing is it sometimes feels a bit understaffed, but everyone is still friendly and doing their best. I always have a good experience here!

Worst service ever. I received email saying my online order is ready for pickup. Reached there and had to wait for 25mins to pickup my online order. Front pickup area in carpark was closed and after I walked inside asked at customer service desk, they sent me outside saying someone will come and attend. Waited 10mins outside and no one came. Again went inside and person said same thing to wait outside. Waited another 10mins and still no one came. Again went inside and the person said the guy just went now, he will give you your order. The guy who gave order was also rude in speaking. Didn't expect this kind of service. Never coming to this store.
