Kidnapping!!!! This place doesn't even deserve one star that's how bad my experience was, being a young female of color I was discriminated because of my race, I'm not racist but a bunch of white people walked in before me and before I even stepped foot in the shop I was already being followed and targeted by security, the security then took it apon themselves and accused me of stealing make up and were going to ring the police?? This got me so off guard I told them in a calm voice zero aggression that it just can't of been me because I hadn't gone into that isle, I had been in the shop for 2 minutes and only got to the first end of the isle by the meat?? My trolley had 3 items in it, The make up is still 6 isles away, they asked me to leave the store I said no because I have done nothing wrong I am a customer here to shop I have money I don't need to steal anything and asked to check the cameras for proof or gave them the option that I will wait till the cops to come my uncle my mum's brother is a police officer because once again I know for a fact I didn't take anything, still in a calm voice, me handling it so well and polite just seemed to make them more angry towards me, the man then proceeds to grab my trolley from my hands now keep in mind I had a child sitting in the trolley!! he started walking away with the baby and trolley!!! Hello that's kidnapping!!!! I said let me take my baby and I will leave, problem fixed right? tell me why this man tells me NO then keeps walking away with my child, honestly I wish they rung the cops or I should of myself, but they didn't because they know they are in the wrong, making false accusations then having to stick with there lies so they don't look dumb and get fired, I fully had to lift the baby out of the trolley as it was moving!! because he was refusing to let me keep shopping, he raised his voice yelling at me in front of other customers even as I was already leaving, I myself will never return but when my family catch you on your lunch breaks or on the way to work sorry not sorry, don't think for a second your job position has any power out in the streets, I took the mans photo and shared it to friends and family so they all know what you look like! you didn't just target me you targeted my family my color and a child! you will get what's coming for you!! karma has a funny way of getting people back.

It's always busy in lynnmall . Staff is always short I think. But this lady , I think name is shalu was very helpful . Although it's very busy but she is helping and patience while doing work .nI really appreciate as she helped with all the issues .

Worst ever shopping experience that spoils our entire day.nWe can always find empty racks and staffs speaking only between them.nI shop here only for the reputation of woolies but gets disappointed all the time for the substandard customer service.nThis particular Woolworths is highly mismanaged and not customer friendly at all.nFirstly they don't display prices for certain items which is against consumer rights, and when we ask them and question them. Staffs are speaking with mean words especially at the customer service which they should have high repercussions. I can make it a big issue but can't waste my energy and time on this. I simply will stop shopping here.nDear Woolworths management @ Lynn mall, please provide basic customer service training to your staffs so that customers will be treated with the least respect.nBecause Woolworths reputation is at stake here.nThere is no 0 rating unfortunately!

Click and collect service here is a joke. You are better off picking up your own items, otherwise you have to wait half an hour for the staff to fetch your order after your arrival.
