Even when the store is packed on weekends, there often aren't enough regular lanes open, forcing everyone into long queues or the self-service area. Stocking on certain fresh items can also be hit-or-miss later in the day. It’s a decent store, but managing the peak-hour rush better would easily bump this up to a 4-star experience.

Anyone can be treated like a thief at this store.nnI went shopping at this branch with my uncle. We had an empty suitcase and a duffel bag to pack our groceries, and staff told us leave them at the back of the self-service checkout area next to a rubbish bin.nnAfter we scanned and paid for our items, I noticed some people trying to take our suitcases because they looked abandoned. I panicked and ran to grab them and came back to the checkout while holding a body lotion that we had already paid for.nnA staff member with dark brown skin who looked like a manager came over looking very angry and suspicious and checked our screen. As we were leaving, staff were whispering and pointing at me as if I had been caught stealing.nnLater it became clear that the manager thought I had taken the lotion without paying when I went to get my suitcase. In reality, the item had already been paid for.nnThis made us very uncomfortable. We were told to leave our suitcases next to a rubbish bin where anyone could take them, and then I was treated like a thief for holding an item we had already paid for.

I had to wait for over 1 hour to collect my Milkrun delivery because the staff were not doing their jobs properly. They were just walking around instead of preparing orders. The service was extremely slow and unprofessional. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope the management improves staff efficiency and customer service.
