One of my favourite Woolworth that I shop every week, until yesterday around 2-3pm the self checkout lady wasn’t helpful at all. Someone hadn’t finish their self checkout and I accidentally continued on that counter then realised how come my bill was so high. I asked her for help and she said I should check clearly before doing check out, however this should be her job to check every counters after customer finish the checkout. I clearly could she was busy talking to one of the staff members at the corner there. If I didn’t check properly I may double of what I supposed to do I do hope other customers check clearly the receipt , don’t over pay what you didn’t buy!

Anyone can be treated as a thief at this store. Today I went to shopping at this branch with my family. We had empty suitcases to pack our groceries stored at the back of the self service payment area. We already scanned products that we’re buying and my family was paying, and I helped packing but then i noticed a group of indian people were trying to reach and take my suitcases as no staff was watching our stuff and they were right next to a rubbish can looking like abandoned. I panicked and ran to get my suitcases, and then came back to where we were paying. I had a body lotion on my hand *that we already paid* because clearly we were done paying and packing. And one of the staff came to our cashier looking very angry and did a quick scan of the screen. At the point I didn’t know what’s going on and thought maybe it’s time to swap and calculate cash on premise. But as we were leaving those women were whispering, not saying bye thank you or anything, pointing at me and give a weird look as if they caught us stealing product red-handed. It turned out the manager looking woman thought I had a product on my hand and put it in my pocket becaue I needed to grab my suitcases and thought I was stealing it. It makes us very uncomfortable because we did nothing wrong. We were already not happy when you yelled at us to store our suitcase by the rubbish can where anyone can take them. And when I was trying to get *my* suitcases with the product *I paid* you accused me of a thief? Amazing.

Very big super store, you can buy things here easily, very well organized.
