Pisspoor level of staff, Deli section closed at 1pm on a Thursday, no insulated hot bags at any of the hot food areas. This is not the kind of service you would expect at any Woolworths given the price they charge for their groceries. Do better

Went to buy some stuff today 04 Jan @20:16pm, bought Lipton lemon flavor 1.5L,which was expired on 13 dec 2024,went back again spoken to Manager Asian Lady.she went back to shelves,came back and said none of them are expire, instead of admiting and sorry,bad customer service

This is my local supermarket, I'm so grateful for it having recently moved into Titirangi I've found supermarkets to be few and far between. The fact that it's right beside the gas station is an added bonus, two birds with one stone . I did my first click and collect today and it was great. Service was friendly and helpful. I was really taken aback by the customer behavior toward staff. In the limited time that I was waiting, there was one abusive customer and three, yes 3 shoplifters that abused staff and just walked out! Not the best place to work id say and staff could do with some kind of police presence there I'd say. I was shocked and saddened by the behavior to be honest.

Had the worst expirence here an hour ago and will never return here in my life ever agian been shopping here almost everyday in some instances for around 20 years now. Went in shopping today for groceries. Payed at the self service checkout and before I had even left the store. I thought you know what ill grab a drink for the the car ride home. Upon exiting the store the very woman whom was standing at the self service checkout the first time I payed goes i didn't see you scan or pay for the rest of the items I said I've already paid for them the first time I came in to get one more thing. She said where's your recipt I said I didn't print one and she would even let me explain the fact that I had a bank statement too show and took my items away rudely and passed them too another college that started scanning my items at the counter was soo shocked and pissed off that really made me raise my voice as people around started too stare and than another colluge pam started calling the police or security on my am soo shocked and infuriated i will be escalating this am soo angry ill never go back there for on one I get far better treatment at the Victoria Street countdown in the cbd anyhow even if my local that sees me there all the time on a regular basis dosent give a squat.

Worst groceries ever! Daughter got yelled at OUTSIDE the store after she payed because one very aggressive staff member thought she had stolen something, which she didn’t. My daughter went back and showed her the receipt. No apology given or compensation. Absolutely terrible, and it was humiliating for my daughter being yelled at like a thief with so many other shoppers around.nSome staff are really nice but most can’t be stuffed with you.
