My favourite supermarket, I go here multiple times a week and have been doing this for around 5 years. Relatively small store with a tonne of selection. All the staff are incredible and they are always polite, helpful, and keep shelves stocked. Beats any supermarket in west Auckland radius by a long shot.

Online shopping at this store is not great where substitutes are made with their Woolworth brands and choice of fruits and veges are often terrible mostly very ripe and close to expiration. I’ve had to add notes for the shopper, u would think they would know how to shop surely they wouldn’t pick the same for themselves . Also Woolworths don’t refund the remainder cost if the total shopping ends up being lesser than what you initially quoted and charged as cost on weight of fruits and veges. I was substituted 2 small pomegranate cups for 2 whole pomegranates! They don’t compare at all! Fresh is different from open and plastic container fruit and the quantity is a joke! I definitely asked for a refund. Keep an eye out! Woolworths seems to slyly make money with a few dollars lost here and there! So over such incompetent businesses who have high prices and scam people when you don’t notice. Do better Woolworths!

I'm not happy i bought anti-colic baby bottle da box was empty when I open it home I took it back da lady on da checkout I think she was a supervisor her is hiral really bad customer service she need to respect customers I didn't have receipt I told her da time n da amount but she was lazy to print it n she sad without da receipt she can't refund it without listening da whole story I didn't won't da refund i wanted da baby bottle dat I paid for but it was empty I didnt look coz if she is not dumb enough da box is light couldn't tell if da bottle was inside n I did use a payment card da way I got treated front of my family member it was really bad im not happy I do my shopping every time da stuff needs to treat customers with respect n listen instead treating u like a thief one another Indian lady on sos she was looking every time like we r da thief really bad customer service

Would like it if they can have the ploughman sourdough bread as i hate always going to the new lynn branch just to buy it. As i cant eat any other bread
