The store looks nice however customer service wasn’t very good. One of the policies of Woolworths is that if a price is displayed incorrectly so lower than the value of the actual product, then you get the product for the lower price. I tried to explain that to the customer service lady on Self Checkouts and she looked at me like I’m an idiot. We had a photo of the price and product in the wrong spot only for the staff member to go and check the price and tell us that it’s the same price in the photo and that it’s the wrong price. We know it’s the wrong price however over the loudspeaker that is played everyday is an advertisement announcing this policy. We eventually got the price knocked down to the correct price however please educate your staff that whoever is stocking the shelves, they must put the correct product with the correct ticket otherwise we can get the product for the lower price or even a full refund, and customer service staff must know that it is based off the ticket displayed price, not the grams or weight or whatever words are on the tag. On Sunday night, a young African gentleman helped me download and set up the Rewards app at the checkout. He was very patient and friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the process quick and easy. His customer service made my shopping experience much better.

The Woolworth store added more isle/fridge and moved things around not that long ago. Now it looks more organised and it has a good range of products.nI come here when I'm unsure whether Westcity Woolworth has what I want.

Security came up to me in the middle of the store and accused me of trying to steal a chocolate bar by putting in my pocket, when I emptied my pocket and only had my phone and a vape, she said the other pocket. When she realised I hadn't stolen anything she didn't apologise just walked away.
