Good size hall to have your birthday celebrations side street and extra parking at rear of building.nnOne problem the place was really cold and not sure if the aircon was working or allowed to be used.

Beautiful venue located in a quiet neighbourhood, plenty of on street and off street parking and there is also a wharf located at the end of the street. Perfect photo opportunities! Has up to date air-con units and a spacious kitchen area. Highly recommended for special functions or meetings.
we had school Matariki celebration here, it's nice. But the door of the accessible toilet seems not working properly, I was almost stuck inside.
