The Jockey Club is kept alive by the market, but the market definitely needs better parking and a more formal layout to make it easier for customers to find what they are looking for. Good prices and variety but has potential to be so much more.

I'm sure it used to be a really great place to go and watch the races, but it has been heavily neglected. That said there are some parts that look like it has been upgraded, so they might be trying to make a comeback
