I have attended the Belly dancing beginners class for term 1 & 2.nAbsolutely love the class!. It is easy to follow along with the moves and routines that get practiced.nThe group of ladies in the class are fun to exercise with and I always walk out feeling good, with a smile on my face.
I have been attending the Painting for Pleasure class for some time. I have met many dynamic and enthusiastic artists who use a wide variety of mediums and work in different styles. They have been very welcoming and supportive. The space we use is airy and user friendly. Staff at reception are very helpful and the coffee is great. What's not to love? Cheers, Rebecca
Ruby teaches the Friday 60's+ Pilates class & is gentle, kind & considerate tutor. She changes up the exercises regularly to avoid too much repetition & to make the classes interesting. Most importantly, Ruby always encourages us to challenge ourselves to do more while staying within our capabilities so we can constantly improve. I enjoy the classes & look forward to them!
Attended this panel discussion last Saturday, and it was fantastic! The speakers provided some great tips on financial well-being, insurance and taxes in a way that was easy to understand. It was an excellent opportunity to learn more about these critical topics. Highly recommend!
