Beautiful racetrack not far from the CBD.nGrounds & buildings are exceptionally maintained & the grandstand is huge.nOn a recent trip to NZ we were keen to visit the resting place of our old mate Sunline . A truly surreal experience.nAnd Hail the Legend Bonecrusher.nCompared to a few racetracks I’ve seen in NZ Ellerslie Racecourse is the best looking track apart from Riccarton .

Its good that I put my son on a pram instead of his wheelchair because the even we went to have no wheelchair access from the lift but otherwise its a well kempt venue for occassions.

Fantastic course, well preserved. Recommended

Attended a conference at Ellerslie Racecourse. Staff were amazing, facilities impeccably clean, sound was great, only the coffee was not.
