Amazing venue for wedding and corporate function. It has an outdoor area for the ceremony or canopy. The main room is spacious. The view is very nice here with Orakei Basin. Amble park on site. It's very close to the Orakei railway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gaming room has pool tables and arcade gaming machines.
An absolute gem of Auckland, the Orakei Bay venue is a versatile and welcoming space for any event. Having worked with the Collective team, the entire event ran to plan and allowed everyone to have a fun, stress-free experience. The captivating views are absolutely stunning and were a highlight of the day. Not only was the food divine, the staff were also extremely hospitable and made us feel warm and welcome. With this venue being at the heart of Auckland, there is also ample parking area which is easily accessible for personal vehicles and food trucks which we had. I can’t imagine using another venue or working with another company! Would absolutely recommend reaching out to them if you are looking for a professional, communicative, and caring venue/company!
As a wedding photographer it is so great to work with venue where the staff are so lovely and super helpful. The venue was a pleaseure to be at , and a great location for an outdoor ceremony, with lots of room upstairs for an indoor one aswell with a view across the basin. The downstairs games room and bar was a fab place for the end of the night where guests could chill out with old school arcade games or dance the night away. A great time was had by all! Highly Recomended.
Beautiful food, amazing venue. Plenty of parking space. Excellent for group functions.
If you are looking for a wedding venue, then don't go past Orakei Bay. Indoor or outdoor options are available. The staff are super supportive, and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The food is excellent as well. We catered for ~130 guests at my daughter's wedding and everything flowed superbly. Highly recommended.
