Wendys

When I lived in Auckland, this was my go-to place for a meal before heading down the motorway towards Hamilton. Now that I live in Sydney, this is a treat when I am in NZ. We don't have Wendy's in Australia and I do miss it. The taco salad is one of my favourites as well as the Big Bacon Classic burger. Parking: There is parking available around Wendy's.

Great service from the girl that took my order at the drive thru.. I think this is the only Wendy's now in South Auckland and shud never have to close it. Thank u Wendy's Otara as always. Never have to wait in a long line of cars to get food. It's so easy and the food is always hot when I get mine. Don't care about the bad reviews coz everyone has their own experiences but mine is always on point.

Brought a thick shake straws supplied , were to small. couldn’t supply larger straws, did not want to refund it for a normal drink. Service was horrible was told manager was to busy lady at counter was slow and extremely rude

Food and service was typical friendly Wendy's. Bathroom was disgusting. Pee all over the seat. Went back to tell staff, they didn't seem too interested or bothered to go and clean it up. We left without using filthy restroom.Food: 3/5

There were only two workers there tonight but they really did the best. Definitely better quality of food and service than the Wendy’s in Manukau.

Wendys is me and my family's take away go too because it's not far from where we stay and there burgers are definitely quality. Awesome lady on speaker box other night, got our order correct, and even the lady serving us at window.. she was awesome reading out the order as she handed it to us.. because we had 5 orders plus 5 extra burgers and 5 shakes

Worst customer service & major dissatisfaction with burger's slap happy near colesh not freshly cooked on a flat plate or grill tomato tasted old Chips cold like it was sitting for 30min This place been to 5 years ago was beautiful and hot with great service but now total opposite

Otara Wendy's is the bomb and don't care if there was bad reviews, the point is that Wendy's is awesome flame grill patties and actually tastes the flame grill...pay rise is a must!!!Food: 5/5

Food was cold the soft drink was flat and the person who served me got offended when I asked then took ages to put ice in the drink ... Burgers were cold the buns felt like they had been chilled or something .. Not the first time either prefur the East Tamki oneFood: 1/5
