Wendy's

Dined in for the full experience, and it wasn't worth the hype. Everything is overpriced, would not be coming back. Restaurant/Indoor Seating There were flies in the restaurant, it was dirty and didn't smell pleasant. Toilets are locked. You need to request keys from staff to access. Food Ordered Baconator, Chicken Club, Avocado Bacon Supreme, and Baconator Load Fries. Burger buns are nice and fluffy, which is a different variety to other fast-food places. Burgers are flat and look squashed. Loaded fries were a disappointment. Overall, it doesn't look appetising. Service Slow service inside and at drive-thru, although Cars were waiting for about 30mins during our dine-in time 4pm-4.30pm on 11/12. Staff delivered to our table, which was nice and something different. Portion The large cup size is ginormous in comparison to the large chips. Maybe go a meal size down if you can't finish your drink in one sitting Parking - Small parking lot with tow away sign if you exceed allocated 90min parking limit.

Never had problems with food or service with any of the Wendy's stores. Until Now Wendy's Manukau sorry but shocking mixed up order and service. Pay $53 for what burnt onion rings as well. Not even busy I hear more complaints around the restaurant Huge improvement today

Came in for lunch just ordered the 3/4 pound burger chips and drink. Service was slow, table had dried food and drink stains we wiped it clean experience was mediocre and our food was ok. Hoped they filled up salt packets cause there were none. Oh well.

Still have to taste the rest of the burger joints, but thus far, Wendy's tops the list. Service is fast & efficient. Roomy atmosphere.Food: 4/5

Hard to recommend. Made the mistake of eating in. Staff disengaged. Took around 20 minutes to be served in a 1/4 full restaurant. Burger was good with fresh ingredients which was the only saving grace.

Two positive my mother and I experienced was the wonderful server at the cou ter and for once piping hot fries. I got the smash which included 2x bacon cheese burger fries and drink where as my mum got a bacon mushroom melt. All burger came to the table cold. We sent my mums back as the mushroom sauce felt like it just came out of the fridge. We had already with a while for the first one now we have to wait again. And guess what..... the second burger came back the same just with the added sauce that my mum purchased this time and a extra party. Sorry an extra patty does not make up for the now 4 cold burgers and the wait time.

Chips are always cold, but were hot this time. 13 dollar Mates double bacon and Cheese burgers were a fail. They had a 50 cent size bacon in the middle of the burgers just to justify They had bacon in the burgers . Never again. Food: 3/5

Went late on a Thursday night. Long long line in the drive through. Took an hour to get through but staff were pleasant, and friendly and the food was good. Big ups to them as they must of been under pressureFood: 4/5

We were turned away last night after waiting in line for 40mins. When we arrived, there were only 4 cars. Finally got to the speaker box, waited another 10mins just for a voice to say "sorry we're not taking anymore orders" we didn't bother responding back, we just left. Their close time states 12am but they turned us away at 10.45pm. I can understand when there is a staff shortage the labour can be overwhelming & yes, an establishment can close whenever they want, but that's rude & such bad business practise. You want to gain returning customers, not lose them. They don't deserve 1 star. Personally, I'm giving them 10 stars AND a world record, for being Wendys slowest drive thru ever in the history of mankind. They've always got ridiculous waiting times & then you have to wait another decade to receive your food. Insane. You'd think with that much wait time, you would at the very least get 1 the right order & 2 hot food - nope, fail & fail. Fast food - drive thru service should be exactly that. They need new management & new staff. Never returning.

There's no Wendy's in Hawke's Bay so we loved the freshness it brings into our hungry tummy! Kid's meal is a hit! The tables and chairs are not that comfortable but it's alright for a quick meal.Food: 5/5
