We ordered 3 choices in the largest container. We came in around closing time. They filled up 60% of container with just rice, it was clear they were just trying to get rid of all of it from the tray. Then 35% of second option and literally only 5% of our third option. We asked for more of the third option as they literally only gave us a mouthful of it and they replied saying "but the container is full". We ordered 3 options, this means give us a third of each option not 65% of one, 35% of the other and 5% of the third option. Poor customer service. They did what was convenient to them by getting rid of the rice but that's not what we ordered.

Had ordered 4 hoki and it wasn't even hoki. It almost had the texture of a lemon shark. Fish was also smelly like it had been sitting out before putting in deep fryer. Very oily like it hadn't been drained and chucked straight into wrapping paper. Never getting fish from there

Loved going here when we lived in the area 4 years ago I would have given 100 stars for food taste quality and quantity Customer service always seemed rushed and unhappy looking but the food made up for it We recently went back for a feed while we were out that way and the food was below average The sweet and sour pork looks big and huge it’s filled with pork fat and double coated in batter to give it a fuller look Our egg, foo young was burnt tasting Dry noodles Rather dissatisfied The same grumpy lady saying Wahhhh you won Either your workers need a pay rise because they look totally unhappy to serve and to cook Step it up Great Tong Takanini

Food was oily. Staff not happy that I asked for fresh food to be cooked as we are vegetarian and didn't want risk of cross contamination. Not good customer service.Food: 1/5

Well when I first started getting food from this place the food was alright but it has always been messing flavor and salt and love for their food that they specialize in and that they have been bought up on. But as time has gone on they have really started falling below standards and the food has just been getting worse and the FISH TONIGHT WAS MENT TO BE HOKI BUT IT WAS NO WHERE NEAR BEING HOKI IT SMELT LIKE SALMON IT TASTED YUCK AND WAS PINKIES LOOKING AND COULD NOT EAT IT WAS A TOTAL WASTE OFF $25.00 AND WASTE OF FOOD AS MY FAMILY AND I COULDN'T ENJOY ANY OFF IT SO NO DOUBT ILL BE MAKING MY KIDS GOOD OLD NOODLES SOON. PLEASE FIND THE LOVE YOUS ONCE HAD TOWARDS THE FOOD AND PUT SOME LOVE AND FLAVOR BACK INTO IT. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. DONT KNOW IF WE BE GETTING DINNER FROM HERE ANYMORE. AS FOOD IS EXPENSIVE AS IT IS SO DONT HAVE MONEY 2 WASTE SORRY BUT VERY DISAPPOINTMENTED

Great little take away place. Love the nibbles and chicken kebabs. Smorgasbord is great value for money and very tasty.

I come here for the bird nibs. Whenever there's a whānau get together and we gotta take something... Its fried bird bits, and I douse that s@#t in korma sauce. For the win....

Literally the worst customer service experience. You go in and wait patiently and they will serve everyone else. I live near here and they do it on a consistent basis. Never ever going here again. Not to mention the food isn’t the best, chicken taste old and when you ask for the multi choice option, they fill it with their cheapest option once you’ve made your pick. 0/10 customer service 1/10 food
