Always love kumara chips and of course our fave burgers. They used to be huge when we tried them since 2013, still love it. Had another visit to this place tonight, very impressive customer service by the only male staff, kudos, keep it up guys
Never get order right. Food is always late and we are never told. Chips are barely full. Staff are rude. Above comment was left a month a go. We stopped getting Bfuel from this franchise as they were a total let down. Decides to try again. AGAIN, staff are just rude and act like they don't want to be there or care for customer service, food was meh and again chips barely full. As a worker, how can they be happy with the job they are doing. They shouldn't be getting paid. Also, lettuce in the burgers are hard and rotten. Mt Wellington Bfuel really need to get their act together.
I forgot this gem existed, busy rainy Sat night the team on that night were very friendly and served us hot crispy chips and perfectly made burgers in about 20mins busy night. Have been back again the following week for dinner again, my personal favourite V8 Vegan
I ordered the wild heart burger. In the picture it looked good, unfortunately in reality it was not even close to the picture. Although the meat and cheese were there, the rest of it was lacking, It had a couple of green leaves, a sprinkle of grated carrot, a touch of cherry sauce no white sauce as shown in picture, and the beetroot was missing. If the burger was cheap I wouldn’t be to disappointed, however paying 19.50 I expect better. Staff should be trained to be able to make the burgers properly, or drop prices if they want to run it like Mac Donald’s or Pizza Hut type fast food.
I got the bacon backfire burger, it was so filling and flavourful. Had the prefect amount of all ingredients and both chicken and bacon was cooked perfectly. The staff were so nice and friendly, overall the service and atmosphere was amazing. I’m definitely coming back and recommending this location to friends and family.Food: 5/5
Friendly staff, great food, clean environment, easy parking. Keep up the great work team! I did glop at the spud fries no being $6!! Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options! Ordered 2 burgers today that were supposed to have avocado on them, one was without and the other had a miniscule amount. Pretty disappointed getting home after a long day to have rationed avocado's in my meal.
Usually love BurgerFuel but the Sunday light shift was pretty bad - Bathrooms filthy + no toilet paper and soap, young hungover kids, food cold and took 30mins with no communication it would take that long. And my daughters bun was burnt. Good idea maybe to get the young kids trained up with better customer service and how to clean a toilet
By far the worst. If your looking for a burger that tastes as bad as it looks then go here. The store is run by young kids who obviously don’t care about how they serve the food. Ordered online but they didn’t make my order til I got there ? The lettuce was brown , bun was burnt & the staff were at the back eating and laughing like they didn’t have orders to make. Do better.
The food was delicious, but the service was terrible. It was a disorganized mess with ordering. My partner ordered first from our table of 5. His burger arrived last, and we are still waiting for his kumera fries. He ended up getting a refund on the fries as they weren't ready as we were leaving. Other customers were going up to the counter to see where their orders were. It was very common when we were there. There seemed to be no order to what table or oder went out first. I would go back for the food but not the service!
