Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers

Was told that they weren’t doing service anymore at 11:06 when they close at 11:30!, once they finally decided to talk to me and take my order. She swore when i said what i wanted and after that told me that they weren’t making Flake shakes. Such bad customer service hire people who don’t swear and actually make what the customers want.

Absolutely shocking. Big bacon classic was stone cold. Parfait was not actually frozen. Literally like a warm chocolate milkshake with a broken orios on top. Not a layer in sight. Terrible terrible terrible. Not the first time this store has disappointed. Their last chance has gone.

This branch is one of my favorites, they make their burgers well and always salt the chips.. and we absolutely love that Wendy's didn't give in and kept their plastic straws.. we hate paper straws lolFood: 4/5

The person taking the orders at the drive thru window was struggling to take the order. We had to repeat it several times and it was frustrating. The Frosties didn't taste as good as they used to.Food: 4/5

This place now visited2 times the people were rude and they forgot a item from my order twice .. and they are unhygienic this thing was breathing over my frosty shake that he forgot we had to wait another 20 mins dont go here unless you want to find hair in your drink or burger or shake they Ddnt even apologise ., never going there again untll they are fired

I was declined drive through service at 11:05pm on Saturday night 6th May as the staff advised that they had "closed" for the evening & would only service Uber eats drivers. Even though the google business hours remain at the regular 11:30pm closure time.

I had a very busy day but needed to pop in for something nutritious and ready to power my afternoon of meetings in south Auckland. Wendy’s is an old favourite from when I used to live in Canada. The taco salad you see in my photo is a healthy and tasty alternative to a burger and I just love it. They used to provide spicy sauce options, but I haven’t seen these for a while.

Mt Wellington Wendy's is always the best getting your order right. Whether it's just 2 combos or 10 combos with extras, I leave the drive thru with all my orders intact. Very efficient and accurate. Pleasant at the drive-thru window. Prices ridiculously for high rollers, only occasional events, quality always satisfying.Food: 5/5
