The burgers here are SO good that they bring camera crews in to film them see photo. In all seriousness, this is one of the better McDonald’s in Auckland. Friendly staff, quick service, and the place is never too crowded. Keep up the good work team! Hamish Dorrington Kakapo Business Sales
Even for a McDonald's, this place is a nightmare. The picture is of the 'manager' and a smug employee telling a customer 15 minutes before closing time that they locked the entrance so that they could leave early. Every single item we had ordered was terribly burnt, tough and disfigured, which was obviously the result of employees trying to leave early. Close this place down. Everyone in the neighborhood should drive an extra five minutes to go to the Greenlane McDonald's.
It was not too busy but the speed was slow. And there were litter visible inside the branch in every corner.
Customers should not be sitting in the drive thru for 10+ minutes waiting for only two combos and then be told to park up and wait longer. Staff shifts adequately or offer more competitive pay. If we’d known how long it was going to take we’d have gone elsewhere.
Terrible place to go. Waited in drive through for more than twenty minutes before ordering, on ordering no menu on the screen so I had to ask. Yes I looked up menu online but really shouldn’t have had to. The ‘girl’ on the other end of the microphone recommended we get a large hot chocolate for a child- never mentioned the little one half the price which is what we wanted and I even queried the size. It wasn’t easy to navigate the online menu either. It has now been 40 minutes and still haven’t paid yet. I will not come back here again. In the end I waited a few minutes shy of an hour for a cold 'hot' chocolate and lukewarm coffee. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I had a hard working day and just wanted to have a good meal.Well, They served me this......you can simply tell how dry this mcspicy chicken is from the pics.Who knows how long it had stayed somewhere in the kitchen before they served this to me!!! This is really not acceptable! I mean, The staff of the restaurant are working people as well, try to treat other working people nicely pls,thx
Can't get a simple order right. Just went there and ordered a cheese burger with add on bacon and no onions or pickles as my son was craving that for dinner. Came back home and found I got the normal cheese burger with onions and pickles and no bacon. Thanks for charging me MCD and then not delivering. Update 24 June 2021 - tried their new spicy chicken and chicken pieces. Both were really tasty especially the chicken pieces. Will definitely get that again. Presentation of the burger of course looks nothing like their menu pic
Uber eats id ordered to get 3x ice cream from this store took 30mins to make. When uber eats dricer had enquired the time, he was ignored. Do better Lunn ave, you ain't milking cows and churning the ice cream yourselfService: 1/5
Been coming here for morning coffee for the last month and up until today, service has been excellent!! Today got served by the duty Manager Stephania who was so rude we will make sure we never have her serving us again!!
I ordered via Uber eats Friday 3rd the following: 1 x double cheese burger. 1x Grand Big Mac Combo. And 1 x strawberry sundae. Far out!. I read all the google reviews and felt a little sick to be honest.But that's just me. But when i collected food from reception at my hotel in Ellerslie ,my first impression was 'wow cool'. My stuff was in paper carry bag, sealed with love. Then i opened and everything was 'gold'. Made with love. You know when it's made with love and when it's not.I'm not stupid. So anyone dissing my review, then 'come at me bro'!.
