I don't know what these negative reviewers are on about. The couple often running the place work so hard, the meat is never dry, always a good portion, and even when busy are nice and friendly. I notice some of the negative reviews seem to focus on ethnicity which I think says a lot about the reviewers.Food: 5/5

Did an order and they misplaced it and gave it to someone else. She was blaming me that’s my fault that someone else took the order. The older chinese lady is very rude and after giving me my order that too for which I waited like 20 minutes she was shooing me out! I told her straight up to not talk like that and asked for a refund rather than the food. These people literally need a reality check and some etiquettes! Never returning again!

I bought chicken roast meal for dinner, food was below average and chicken was not cooked properly and it was awful. Half of the chicken was red and pink. I had to throw my food out. Staff was not friendly either and very poor customer service.

I ordered through Uber Eats for my partners dinner. Usually he doesn't finish Roast meals but tonight, he finished it all, no crumbs whatsoever lol. LAMB SHANK MEAL & POTATOES on the side he said, it was the best roast meal he's had.Food: 5/5

Me and a friend went to have lunch and when we got there they said we have to wait 15 to 20 mins. I said why and they said that they have a big order of 20 roast meals to do. There was two Chinese guys so me and my friend waited and then I asked the Chinese guy with the glasses can we order now? He said yes and I said can I have two large roast pork meals and two extra Pork Crackle? Which is $2 each for a Pork Crackle. He said no you can only have one crackle as he needs the other crackle for the roast meals. And I said well you have nearly 20 crackle? Then he said why you laughing? I am laughing because you only giving me one Pork Crackle and you have 20 crackle. In the end I said no do not worry about it. Then I was going to buy a 1.5 coke and asked for two cups he then said you have to buy the cups. I said no I will not buy the drink now. Then we were eating our meal and my mate said the Pork was not cooked and was pink. I took it back and told him it was not cooked and I looked at the pork roll and told him it was not cooked in the middle it was pink. So they had to put the two pork rolls back in the oven. I told them you can make someone get sick. They replaced the roast meal for my friend then my friend said to the Chinese guy with the glasses thank you and have a good Christmas and his response was you will have a good Xmas but not me. This guy was very rude and was very angry at the customers. If the guy does not like working there he should leave. Very rude to customers. Will not go back again!

Nice place, very clean and organized. The service is excellent. The meats cooked there, cooked to quality. Stem bun beautiful. Very nice place to share a meal or no time to cook, very conveniently located.Food: 5/5

Bought a lamb shank meal. the lamb shank is just a small piece of meat. The mashed potato has thousands of lumps in it and is not nice at all. They did not give serviettes or forks with the meal. The vegetables is basically just the lumpy mashed potato a tiny bit of peas and then they filled the rest of the container with carrots. Would not come here again ever even if I was dying starvation. Worst roast station ever, if you want a good roast go to mc roast in manakau. Good service and great food there.

The Chinese guy with the glasses is very rude. Say hello to him and he says nothing. Say hello again he said nah, and I said are you ok and he said nothing. Looks like the guy does not want to work there lol. Needs to go to a customer service course. If he does not want to work there then go find another job.

Tasted fine but disappointed with the portion size. $12.50 - or $15 on UberEats as my partner paid paid... not including delivery and driver tip.... Photo of a small roast beef meal before anything was eaten - two pieces of potato, one kumara, one pumpkin, four chunks of carrot and the rest was peas. It looks like there was a bit of meat in that photo, but there wasn't that much at all, particularly when compared to the roast shops in my local area - Glen Innes/Glendowie Roast World or Ashby Roast. Unfortunately, those places were closed on the Monday of Auckland anniversary weekend. Container wasn't even full to the top - not great value for money when other roast places out there actually fill the container. Go elsewhere if you're hungry.
