Meadowbank Roast

Ordered medium lamb roast which was filling and tasty. Lamb was nice and tender, potatoes were nice. I felt like it lacking a little salt hence the 4 stars. Overall nice roast place

The lamb I always find to be nice and tender as it should be. I'm sure the pork and beef would be too. A pleasant couple who own this roast shop. Really good portions.

Always a pleasure, I used to live around the corner from this roast shop and I used to get a roast chicken roll every week, sometimes more than once a week. But now sadly I live across town. I always make sure to pop in for a roast roll whenever I’m in the area. Thank you for the great food! Best roast shop in Auckland and I’ve tried a fair few!

This is an amazing local experience. The value, the taste and the service are all fantastic. Remember when you used to get dinner with your family at a local roast takeaway when you were a kiddo? Meadowbank Roast does not only provide nostalgia, but also adds to the nostalgic reminiscence with quality meat and great neighborhood friendliness. I will definitely be visiting again.

Amazing roast shop, great people, good food and very quick service.

I have been here for the first time to have a beef meal yesterday. The portion size was generous and the potatoes were nice and crispy. However, the meat was average and the gravy was too watery.

Really tasty roast meats. Good value for money.

Have been a regular customer over the last six years. The general quality of the meat and veges is poor at the moment in my opinion. Will be taking a break from here.
