Very poor customer service, I won't come back. Vivian was rude and did not know how to provide exceptional customer service. I have asked for more cucumbers for my sub, and she counted them, saying that they only allowed to put xx amount of pieces. Otherwise, I have to pay more I have never heard that nonsense before, and I asked her if she's always counting the pieces of veges she put, and she said yes. So if you want to be stroke with bad customer service, welcome to Subway Mt. Wellington.

Zero customer service skills. Left standing at the counter with zero acknowledgement. This happens on multiple occasions. Do not visit.
Went in today and staff were very unprofessional just horrible customer service as I waited for them to make my sub they seem to be whispering to each other making me feel uncomfortable and with the sauce I asked for extra and they put a little bit on and honestly as a customer paying not worth my money if I’m honest and when I made conversation with the guy while paying he was really rude. Tbh I don’t recommend this subway it doesn’t compare to others and usually closes at early times even though they meant to close around 8. Very poor

My kid and I came here once and never again. Poor rude service and horrible non-fresh food. The way they put the sub together was horrible. Never again. Sylvia park Subway by Pak N Save is way better!
When you tell the staff one bread looks different than than the others assumingly rotten and they don't react and only exchange it after you explicitly ask for it... Telling you it's not their fault... You know you're in a bad store. No apologies, instead passive-aggressive mumbling by the owner. Not surprised to see so many other complaints here. This shop hurts the subway brand and should be given to a more capable owner who understands customer service.
