Worse chicken and veggie pie I had today crustt pastry and gluggy melted down soup like filling , honestly felt ripped off I was on the run otherwise I would demand my money back
The cake tastes good, not too sweet and my hot chocolate is a very nice one too. Price a bit high
So annoyed I bought a chic and avo sandwich. I did not even want to taste it 1 piece of avo no mayo no butter just a waste of money won’t support the bakery again
Been in the area 14 years and until about a year ago told everyone to go there. Unfortunately now decided never to buy pies or sausage rolls. BP petrol station would be better. Quality fallen off a cliff and can't support any more. Cabinet food still good but not the baked goods.
Always have to stop in here when I'm in the area, even if I'm not hungry! Make sure you get in by lunchtime or a lot of the selection will be gone, for good reason. It's excellent food.
Three of us stopped for morning tea. It was difficult to communicate our needs and although what we had was tasty, it was not what we wanted. The coffee was cold. Waiting time was not bad however we were the only people there but for one other person. Parking is the hardest part as it is on a very busy street.
Staff seem friendly enough. Savoury mince pie pastry undercooked. I bought the $6.50 chicken and avocado sandwich. The way the sandwiches are displayed you can't see the ingredients. It was rather firm and cool not as fresh and soft as I would've liked and the lack of fillings surprised me! Literally one small piece of chicken and one smaller piece of avocado. No tomatoe, no lettuce, no salad whatsoever. I'm taking it home to complete it :. Coffee very ordinary. How hard can it be to lift the quality of food and coffee? Great location but no competition I guess.
Worked best here recently and visited this place 3 times. Each time I get something to be heated when i get it and its always cold inside. Also its pretty pricey. A 3 out of 3 fail each time. Not happy
We love walking down here on a Saturday morning for croissants or pain au chocolat. Sometimes their mochas are way too sweet so we tend to buy coffee at another nearby location instead, but their flat white is really good when you just want a large amount of hot coffee!
Food is ok a little expensive if im honest considering the quality, coffee is a little costly too it cost me 5.50 for a large flat white that was pretty average to be honest. On the brighter side service was good patient and friendly. Wouldnt rush back neither would I grudge a stop there.
