Burger King Mangere

What a dump. Filthy floors and tables. Very unfriendly staff. Poor service and disgusting food. My burger's roll was squashed flat. No ketchup, no salt. The drink was not even close to cold. No ice in the machine. My daughter's milkshake was made and put aside. Not given to us until we asked for it. Never in my life will I go there again.

The pricing on the drive thru menu is wrong. While the amount is small. I paid $16.50 for their $16.00 chicken meal deal thing. Only noticed after I paid. No offer of refunding etc. Just a 'oh yeah, the price is wrong' Dishonest behaviour. Not even the lady taking my order let me know at the time of placing the order.

Gave me a warm drink, when asked for ice they said they had no ice. The fries were oily and disgusting, looked like they had been sitting in the fryer for a long time. The employees were unhelpful and acting unprofessionally in front of customers. Just bad bad service.

came thru drive and ordered an XL rodeo, swapped to rebel. They gave me an XL bomb with beef. Came thru again to get my correct order and they mucked up again, only put one rebel patty instead of two. Rip offs.

honestly worst. ordered through uber eats 3 times and every time something was missing from my order. my burger pattie was fully burnt and too hard to eat, chips soggy and had given me the wrong burger today in the drive through making me pay more for what i ordered.

Went there last night. Forgot to mention at the speaker box to add mayo lol Once I got to the window I asked to get that added & I could hear this mole saying I should’ve said it at the speaker box. The attitude she had haha once she saw me she stood there looking dumb founded. Thought to myself Yeah that’s right ugly thing

Slow service Youngs girls busy chatting and laughing Was not busy at all maybe 3 customers so why such along wait.. was not nice at all after waiting so long going back to Epsom Burger King so much better.Food: 1/5

Bad, bad, service late at night. Order was wrong, missed a total of 6 things in our delivery order through uber. No chips, no drinks, 2 missing burgers and took over an hour to make our order!

9th Jan 7.30pm Not worth the same amount of money you would spend at another BK Rude attitude when ordering through drive through ... this guy obviously has issues and easily frustrated at taking simple orders... food was definitely the worse tasting of all iv had the experience of having... Don't waste your time and money at this one Highly Not recommended
