We love going there to meet with family and friends. Staff are very polite and accommodating. Their meeting room is always tidy. We also enjoy looking out and seeing the bustle but still have the privacy to hold discussions and enjoy the food and drinks served to us with smiles. We will keep going there when we need to meet. Plent of parking too.
I came to pickup an Uber order at around 2320hrs. Doors were locked. I checked and knocked a lady saw me but ignored. Then I went to drive through lane and told the person what happened and that should I pickup from drive through. She said yes I need to do that. Then I went to first window she directed me to pickup window. Two girls came and said that I need to go to the door to pickup. I was very angry but didn't argue and came out quickly. I had to cancel the pickup. I couldn't understand what was that drama. Manager, do you dare to enquire and respond to me.
Seems like there is a high rate of employees rotation in this branch, complaints justified. Even in spite of that, today the service was decent and fast. It is a median sized unit, toilets need clean perhaps more often. Playground is good to entertain hungry kids while waiting for their order. Parking is a collective one for other shops in the area.
This McDonald's always without failure has ice creams never once been turned away because their machine is broken lol. Highly recommend also fast and efficientFood: 5/5
Ordered a Sundae and other food from uber eats here and never received the Sundae. Not the first time. Never get our orders right. Smh.
An extremely busy McDs The beggers in the car drive through areas are a concern but once negotiated the food is fresh. But delays from slow delivery i dont know why but the food is warm not hot as it should be.
Yeah, nah. The atmosphere and interior is becoming more hostile though staff are generally nice. Food is hit or miss; items missing when I order through Uber Eats, resulting in the inconvenience of requesting a refund from time to time. Decided to dine in because of it. Service level and food quality is inconsistent. You get the occasional good meal before its back to subpar service: cold chips, stale buns, no salt and pepper sachets. McCafe is not like it used to be. They only sell coffee, no sweets and savories. You're better off going to the one near the Auckland airport ‍
I ordered a quarter pounder combo with a mocha instead of fizzy. The mocha was awesome, can be quite touch n go at times, and my burger actually looked like a burger. Usually when I open the burger box the burger needs to be reconstructed, but not this time. It was actually perfect. Bigs ups to you Maccas Mangere Food: 5/5
I ordered a double quarter pounder with Big Mac sauce. I got Mayonnaise instead receipt stapled to top of box says "ADD BIG MAC SAUCE" .
