I always come here during my work breaks and have been satisfied with the quality of the food and service. Food is delicious and the staff are friendly :

Royal Oak Store. Ordered wedges of which there are two size options , had to wait for 10 mins while on the hotplate which I can tolerate but when presented with the $7.50 offering the larger of the two options I was shocked at the portion size, the amount of wedges could easily fit into the small container. When I queried this I was laughed at. I will never return and pita pit is definatly an apt name, it is truly the pits! Untrained staff , poorly managed processes and completely out of touch with thier customer satisfaction delivery.

happy with my pita today, best pita pit in years ordered the Chicken fala & teriyaki chicken pitas. Just like how I remember it. good size portion.

With aa members you will receive a small wedges or a drink free. But the first time I went there took almost 20 minutes to confirm the promotion. But I went there again they just said can't give the discount with no further information.

Super Friendly staff, quick service and excellent food. I'd highly recommend. With covid restrictions there is a little delay with ordering but the team there are doing an excellent job. Parking can be niggly during peak times but is fine if it's not during the dinner rush. Thanks

The otahuhu branch is wonderful. The size of the large salad bowl however is very small considering the price is quite high. They could improve by making this cheaper or making the bowl bigger.

Food is Healthy and Nice. Problem is Staff. . . How you can forgot that you have Order pending on your list. Sorry but we have 30 Minutes Break from our Job and you guys took 25 minutes and after that talking in Hindi that "banade Varna Customer bhaag Jayega" such a pathetic service from you.

While I love to eat at this outlet, I hate when I come in at 7:55 and the guys say that they will not take the order as they are closed. Seems guys are in a rush to go home. If you close earlier than 8pm please update your timings online. If you won't take orders after 7:45pm, write that as your closing time.
