Ordered a mixed meat chow mien it came with hardly any meat at all and no veg so basically just mixed meat noodles ‍ not a patch on other Chinese take always in the area

Just had a takeaway from this place and to say I was disappointed is an under statement, the whole meal was bland and tasteless. Definitely wouldn't recommend

Chips raw, chicken served with fried rice dry & inedible,sweet & sour sauce substandard. I suggest make it yourself or more acceptable take aways provided in your local supermarket . I know & understand quick & easy but draw the line. Money can be spent more wisely.

Really good food and generous portions. We both got the £12 banquet for one and were pleasantly surprised! Well worth the money. The only complaint would be that my fried rice was a bit on the dry side, but it wouldn't stop us coming back.

Awful experience!! The staff where so rude! Found a hair in my food and when I asked why they haven’t got hair nets on they said they don’t need to we wear them they wear caps instead???!!! She then lied and said there were no delivery drivers on to collect our food…. I got to the shop and there were delivery drivers waiting to take food out! The noodles where horrible and the sweet and sour chicken tasted like rubber!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Just ordered a meal over the phone at 18.10 for 19.00, I arrived at Mr Chans at18.50 where there were 2 people waiting outside. I went in and said what my order was and my name only to be waved outside and told ‘yes yes it’s coming’. So I stood outside. Multiple times I was told ‘ yes it’s coming’ so I waited. I spoke to multiple people who said ‘ it’s not as bad as last week’. So I waited. At 19.40 I was told we can’t find your order and could I wait while they cooked one. Absolutely disgusting service. If it wasn’t ordered then just say at the beginning. If I could give it a negative star then I would.

Ordered a simple chicken Chinese curry, picked up and received salt and pepper chicken. Asked for the correct food and told they couldn't deliver as its to far??? 8 mins away is to far??? Let the Chinese run a Chinese takeaway. Manager was was a joke on the phone childish

ordered my meal and asked for secific dietry ingdients, order came, totally wrong fromwhat iodered. chinese woman who runs this place needs to calm down and smile more. rang uto tell them items where missing, all i got was nothing we can do apart from appologise. wont be buying fromthesse again. VERY ANGRY CHINESE LADY OWNER

If I could rate it zero I would! So we ordered via the just eat app at 18:30 we rang the shop at 20:15 when they finally answered the phone as it was saying they delivered the food at 19:50 they told us it was on its way and late due to having 1 driver fair enough, the food arrived at 20:30 and wow i was disgusted salt and pepper chicken was cold and gooey the chips was burnt rice was hard and cold we had to warm my son's up in the microwave so the whole lot went in the bin so best thing out of the whoke order was the prawn crackers and even those wernt the best I will never order from here again!
