Terrible customer service. After the food we had to wait more than 10mints at the counter to pay. No one doesn’t care or ask to help. There was guy at the counter and he was somehow angry with the kitchen staff and slam a set of order dockets just in front of us. He was ignoring us all the time while we standing up to pay for the food. The food quality is really average and you will have to wait 30-40 minutes for foods to arrive. Even after some of the items we ordered didn’t receive and they forgot it somehow. We will not go there ever again.

EXTREAMLEY DISAPPOINTING. Worst food I ever have in Auckland. I dont know chef know how to make it or not. Front staff is trying to be over smart, over talkative. As I had had food before 2 years ago it was really nice but this time worst. I guess its new owners.. They need to look at so much stuff.

Food and quantity served is good for the price. Location is also convenient given there is a decent sized car park at the rear of the restraunt. The restraunt is well maintained and presented. Ambience and overall vibe could improve. Customer service and waiting time needs some major upgrade. Staff members could be more welcoming and smiling. Sometimes customers are left waiting and are even required to enquire around their order.

Dear Owner, I need to tell you one thing, why you appointing a staff at your work place, I think it’s for best service. I went to your restaurant, keen to have dosa, my favourite food. But the staff was showing their attitude, not having a look, not responding when we are sitting, after sometimes I went to counter and asked for food and service not even responding, after that he came and gave menu and paper and pencil even not saying anything. I thought they are giving free food attitudes. we are paying for food not for free, i went out from the restaurant and directly went to shivani restaurant to have the same dosa. Close to your restaurant. We get a good smile at the first time from the staff and then enjoy the food. If someone asked for recommending food I will definitely not suggest your one obviously. I know nothing gonna happen with this review, but I have to express my feelings that’s all.

I used to love this place. We ordered Malai Kofta I have eaten this curry before at the same place and it was so good. But this time it had no taste in spite of requesting it to be medium hot and the gravy was so watery. When we asked to amend it, the chef probably added a lot of raw garlic to point that it was not consumable and had to leave without having our lunch. We mentioned this to the cashier and it was disappointing to know that we had to still pay full price for it. I am probably never suggesting this place to anyone again.

It was almost 10 min before we reached when they were closing. I am happy the Staff/owner has allowed us nicely and delivered the delicious food. Totally Amazing. It will be out go-to food for Auckland every time. Thank you for serving us.

The food is delicious and the place is very spacious and has a good ambiance. The food price is reasonable too. Almost all the dishes has authentic Indian taste and spicyhot. It'll be great if they work on their service etiquette like service water and glass when new customer comes and giving them menu. You have to do it own your own which is bit disappointing.

Customer service is not good . Food is always good. We booked the table but no one reserved the table and waited there. Once they gave the table and not ask for anything even water. Not happy with customer service

Jan 2018 Nice collection of Indian fast food, friendly staff, lots of options for tasty vegetarian meal, no overly spiced Indian food unless you ask for it May 2018 The worst experience we had for last 2 visits consecutively Food quality is worst and service would be better in some of the takeaways then here. I have posted photos of rice I got where you can see it’s made from Broken dust of rice and it looks like too gluggy. Would not be recommending again.
