Tonight we ordered tandoori chicken half, a mango lassi and cheese & garlic naan ...
Reviews
The naan too small compare to price in other restaurants in Auckland, staff is very rude. $6 for 1 naan and i asked to staff that $6 for 1 naan? And he rudly told me that don’t you want your food??? Very bad experience. Never going back there.
Once it was a great place for Indian food especially butter chicken that was best but then it got greedy, naan is an insult with that size and onces sold me spoilt dhal and refused to replace. Well their loss, never ordered again from rajwadi.
Our first time here and found: Raj the all rounder - these stars are for you. Good food quality Ambience A+ Clean and a tidy place. Can see the hard work I would definitely recommend this place to all.
The weirdest biriyani ever had in my life. Not even fresh. Such a waste. Donno how it got so much 5 star rating
Nice little place, open late. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala medium-hot, it took about 15-20 minutes but it was absolutely delicious. I've seen mixed reviews but I am very satisfied. My Tikka Masala is definitely not watery A little more pricy than most but for the quality and the late night service it is worth it. Friendly service with a smile to boot. I will be back!
Pros: You get food at late night. Good Location. Some dishes are only good. Cons: Tiny Naan breads & little curry's for very exp price and owners attitude. When we gave our feedback abt the quantity, Owner says I look at quality not quantity. Our bill was close to $110 just for two people without drinks. If you eat at other good indian restaurants, it will cost you less than $100 for four people. Ambience not good and food took an hour to arrive, even though we were the only two in the restaurant.
I love the food from this place but it is closed from last few months.Food: 5/5
I ordered a mixed platter and salad and was disappointed with the platter and the price of my meal. $35 was not value for money. The worst Indian platter I've ever had ..... mini hash browns and chicken nuggets. Thought it was Indian, not McDonald's. Wont be rushing back
Went saturday and took my family as i enjoyed it a few years ago and we have moved to mt eden. Was advertised as open at 6.Ourselves and another customer waited. We waited til 6.30 and still no one came. very very poor
Food was absolutely delicious. The Sahi Paneer is a must. Best butter Naan I've had in a long time. Friendly service from the owner. Oh! And the Kulfi was the amazing!
