I prefer bk over there other chains as it's still a better bang for your buck and more filling for vegetarians, Mc Ds suck with their non meat ranges. Bk dominion rd is great during non rush hours! Much more variety than other mainstream fast food chain = they also have better customer services in the mt roskill branch Vegetarian options: Salad burger with extra onion rings are the best! Most terrible burger king I have ever been. Said they can't see my app order and refused to give burger or a refund. I showed them my order and my bank account where money was deducted

Had to eat really fast as soft serve was served to me on an angle. Seems like the place is going downhill from seeing other reviews as well as my own experiences here.

This place almost always gets it wrong. Today I ordered a Triple Whopper. Get home and no lettuce in the burger. Tried calling and no answer. Drove back down there and had to wait 7 minutes before anyone comes to the counter. Finally get a replacement burger and half the top bun is soaking wet. Last time I went they only gave me half my order. The time before that they gave me the wrong burger. Time before that they gave me the wrong sauce for my nuggets. Having to pull apart your meal before leaving the counter or drive through window and having to double check you've actually got the right order EVERY time means I'm never going back. Initially I thought it was just one staff member getting it wrong, but sadly it's not. It's ALL the staff getting it wrong over a long period of time. Save your petrol money and go somewhere else where you don't have to drive back to get your correct order

Does not deserve yellow star. Placed orders online so that it can be picked up 15 minutes. Walked inside the Dominion Rd, Burger King for the first time to eat-in. Dominion Road, only customer standing at counter and Noone at self-service kiosk. Fast-food service attendant could not find my order on her counter system and she demand me to put my orders again with the self-service kiosk. So annoyed fast-food service attendant refused to take my order when approached her in the beginning. 25 minutes I am still waiting for my order. I approached service attendant to let her know that it's not acceptable. No apology and explanation. I was given 5 bags and one servette between two adults, obviously I did not order at drive-thru. I'm very dissatisfied overall on Dominion Road Burger King. The taste of the ring onions in my 3 burgers, it's soggy. The bun size too small. The longest seated table with 2 chairs could fit another 6 more chairs is where I sat and not once got wiped down since arrived and while I ordered and when I ate, in total of one hour and half. The table had crumbs and rubbish not cleared before me. I recommend that you don't bother eat and dine in.

On 30/05/23 @8:55pm I had gone through the drive-thru for my dinner. The skinny b**** who was taking my order was obnoxiously rude and when I asked for a dip at the end which I was offering to pay for she just said no and shut the window on my face. The worst ever experience and that b**** needs to get fired for ruining the reputation of bk.

Rubbish and careless service. Missed a complete order on Fri 9th June evening. The 0800 number and the land line just kept coming back as busy. I'm out of pocket by $10, still wonderinghow to get my money back. There has been no reply to my message on Facebook messenger either!!!! Rip-off is the word that comes to mind.

The Indian male at the drive thru needs some customer service lessons. He handed over my food looking at his til system and didn't say a single word when I asked is that all? Didn't even turn to look at me to acknowledge. Why do you advertise for small onion rings when you don't sell it anymore?Food: 5/5

Never give me my order correctly. Something is always missing, fries, drinks and even burgers. What I got today was completely irrelevant to my order. I opened the bag and unavoidably touched the food just to count the number of burgers. It turned out to be other's order and the girl at drive-through took it back! Do they have any idea of food safety? How can you take the order back to kitchen and give it to others? Very poor staff training. Horrible services.
