You have to laugh. I zip into Maccas before a big supermarket shop so I don't go bonkers buying all the chocolates. Now this is the place I had earlier bought a LARGER DOUBLE DOUBLE BIG MAC promo and it came with NO SPECIAL SAUCE and no one cared. So I knew they're already  a lower standard Maccas. So I order a large frozen mango Fanta icecream thingy and instead got that large cup but with a smaller serve frozen coke. 2 cheese burgers extra pickles... but they were stone cold.  Haha its so bad. I hate creating a fuss but I did ask and got a shrug and the staff walked away.  Look at the photos. There are worse things going on on the planet and its cheap food but it is funny just how wrong it all is.  At least the place was clean.

Absolutely the worst mcdonalds iv been too. Poor in all areas. Fries contaminated with meat particles and no salt. 25 minute wait. Truck parked loading for almost 1 hour.

Place was a bit of a mess,food was mid service was great but overall I will come here if I’m hungry

26/12/22 at 4.30 visited the restaurant and ordered via the machine burgers, fries and 2 drinks, one was zero coke was fine, second one was frozen coke float with vanilla, not even like the advertised picture and tastelessFood: 3/5

This place is so slow. The drive through waiter mumbled,  the person taking the money, no thank you or hello. The person who gave us the food, same again, not a word from them. We even said thank you both times. Then the burger had the meat and cheese half out of the burger. This is not the first time I have had poor service from this branch. The staff need to be taught manors. But maybe the head person is the same so it just ripples down the chain of command.

My Order #40AD5 on 10:32 am 08/04/21 at Stoodard Road Mt Roskill Auckland with Mc Donald had not been fully delivered to my door I’ve ordered the following online thru Uber but only partially the items been completed to reached to me I’ve paid for it the condiment of tomato sauces that I’ve paid but not arrived I’ve like a refund thank you FYII the lowly cheap quality of the Mac Donald presentations a ruining within the industry I don’t like you guys how bad reputations Mc Donald eatery is for that the fries went cold & needed to be thrown since the poorly manner services requiring my attentions to placing a bad comments which the Mc Donald deserves to owning the positions of in titles as ruined reputations since that’s the cases Mc Donald wasted my time it’s money the meal time quality is serious trashed & nutritions drowned leading towards health suffering for many it’s nothing to matter about but I’m priceless you can’t afford to touch & mess with me how dear you’ve wasted my everything you needed to get sued & fined to having you guys Mc Donald getting shut down close the eatery to ruined down you better you  guys Mc Donald’s POORLY been BETRAYED even just for a lowly cheap eatery YOU MC DONALD SHOULD Be ASHAMED you’re owing me big time that you’re had it coming Cana reaches to you guys so much deep you guys going to pay the price for my time & patience meal wasted money gone you owing me that much on top of the entirety cheap earth Thank You Very Much

I work late night shifts and when I'm hungry after work I USUALLY  come to maccas for a feed. Lately, I haven't been able to do that as every time I go now, their "system is rebooting". How is your system rebooting almost every night, every weekend?? Tonight just annoyed me the most -  pulled up for something to eat after work and they used the same excuse, but when we were driving up towards the store AND when we were leaving, we watched them maybe 4 or 5 people chilling in the lobby and making tiktoks from the window. Makes me want to egg your store to be honest - call me hangry idc xx

I decided to get some breakfast around 9am on sunday morning. It literally toke them no joke 30 minutes to make my order. They need to hire more people as there weren’t enough staff

11pm on a Saturday night and my serious Angus burger pattie was well over cooked and dry. The burger had no dressing, chips were sour due to the oil possibly? I love this burger and it's normally satisfying but not tonight and at a cost of $15.70.Food: 1/5

My wife and I came here on vacation from Texas, U.S.A and man I would hate to say this but this place is horrible! I assure you that most McDonald's are not like this in the US. Very bad representation of US fast food. Y'all need to get your act together. But it all comes down to who's running it. For New Zealanders sake I hope it gets.
