Absolutely disgusting. The service was terrible and the bag was covered in grease. I ordered a bacon egg sandwich...idk what was going on with the "egg" but it was a mushy white foam liquid. Look at it on the bun part Constant with mayo but it was definitely something with egg. I couldn't eat the sandwich it was honestly disgusting. I figured out today why I haven't went here in over 6 months. Never again
Got here at 9:25. Sign on door said dining room was open till 10. Doors were locked.
After nightmare service at the Shannon Rd location, this location got it right! Samantha at the drive through window had compassion for how I had been treated and hooked me up with the best cold brew and maple bacon chicken sandwich I’ve had in a while. THANK YOU SAMANTHA! I finally got my breakfast I will be coming to this Wendy’s from now on because of the customer service!
This complaint is about the Wendy's on 3527 Hillsborough rd . The Mgr ms Samantha needs be placed in mental ward instead of serving customers. At 1:41pm i stopped by the store to order for sandwich. It took this samantha a good 10 minutes to attend to us while she was just yapping away with the male staffs instead of her attendto us. When she finally attends to us...she was very rude..condescending and loud in taken orders. Above all she did not wash her hands b4 prepping foods.Aldo...the male employee by the window was observed dropping things on the floor.. prepping foods and not washing hands.
The food is Wendy's, if you're going there, you likely understand what you're going to get with the money that you're paying with. Cheap, feel-good greasy hamburgers and fries is the reason I go there, and why many others do. It's not great, but it's not bad. The food is consistently fine for what I paid for. However, for this location specifically: It's some of the most disappointing service of any Wendy's location I've been to. Staff will consistently turn you away during an hour before closing because they are either too lazy or too unwilling to put in the minimal amount of effort to serve you. Ordering from here is consistently a hassle, with having to constantly repeat things, and my orders never coming out the way that I asked for. The only thing I get consistently served, is an attitude.
Ordered 2 hamburger kid's meals, regular Cokes, no ice. At drive-thru pick-up, cups were full of ice, I let server know that they were ordered with "no ice", so she "corrected" the drinks. Our burgers had ketchup only, there were about 5 packs of ketchup in each bag, and no toy in either bag. I don't know about those first Cokes WITH ice, but the replacements were Coke Zeros-no ice! What a rip off at $7.94!!!! McDonald's Happy Meals 100% Better!
It was great to get in and out. The server was friendly. However, the fries tasted as it if was cooked with old grease. The nuggets were Luke warm and a little tough.Food: 3/5
If you're going to a wendys don't go to this one. The drive thru speaker wasn't working so I parked to go inside. As soon as I got out the car I see the employee yelling and cursing at a customer as they pulled away. I went inside and ordered a baconator with lettuce. Not only did I not get lettuce but there was also no bacon. None of the soda machines actually had soda available. Only faze tea and Mellow yellow. One machine didn't even have ice. The entire store was a mess, water, food and wrappers all over the floor. Yea I'm not coming here again
Service sucks close to this place, the food is old dry, and tasteless. No one ever acknowledges us after standing in line for five minutes. The place was empty just worthless employees who are too busy talking on their phones.Food: 1/5
Dinning room was closed at 4pm Saturday 12/31. Went thru the drive thru young lady was very pleasant. Had to wait for order. When we received the order we were missing 2 sandwich, a chicken sandwich was put in bag we did not order. We tend to check our order s because we have gotten home missing item's or wrong item's. They were short handled for help. Parking: Plenty of spaces. Parking lot was dirty with trash cups and bags in ground.
