I asked no onions and there were them, unbelievable!!!! I asked 3x. Little note; they were NOT busy at all!!!! $1.50 for that little amount of aioli? seriously!?!?!! extremely upsetting , I will not go back to this branch. In addition to that, they were not wearing a mask or social distancing. The least.
The burger was missing half of the ingredients. It was just meat and cheese in a bun. No tomato or onion or lettuce. It looks very sad and isn't what was ordered. It was a custom burger but still should have had the ingredients that were missing. It's been a few weeks and we are missing some of our sides for our order.
I do love burger fuel and every chain that I go to seems to have amazing service Unfortunately today I got completely ignored. I was the only one in the store and it took a good 10 mins before I had someone even acknowledge me even though there was two people at the till. A simple I’ll be with you in a minute goes a long way as opposed to just ignoring.

I’ve been here about 10 times and have never been disappointed. The staff have always been cool and the food always fresh and delicious. Couple times the chips weren’t as crispy as I usually like them but you seriously can’t go wrong. My go to is the Bacon Backfire and Kumara fries. So good!
Ordered the Chick*N Little burger, Good Joe coffee milkshake and fries. The burger was really tasty, maybe too small a portion size for some. The Good Joe coffee milkshake was also really good. The spud fries were a letdown being undercooked. This seems to be my consistent experience with New Lynn Burger Fuel. Will probably just forego fries in the future.
Have visited other burgerfuels before and been happy but this one was awful! Specifically asked for no aioli and the burger was covered in it! Paid extra for 2 chicken fenders but not given. We spent $74 on this and feel so ripped off, both burgers we had were so badly made and such poor quality, definitely won’t be back :Food: 1/5
Never had an issue and food is always good. I have seen customers complain. Wrong orders, over charged and even have to turn customers away due to short staffing. One customer even said this was the third time their order was wrong *awks* I've met the manager, he checked to see if I was happy with the food, nice of him.
The restaurant was super busy. Luckily I ordered online so I did not have any issues. The burgers were awesome as usual. Bacon BBQ Roadster is a mustFood: 5/5
Hands down one of the worst burgers I've ever had. Dry overcooked meat, sliding out of a soggy bun and $6 worth of chips with only 8 chips in the pack, pathetic. Service was fine.
