This was so bad from service to food. Chips piled up in warmer on top of chips in boxes. Staff didn't have a clue what they were doing. Not right ingredients in burgers, burnt charcoal bacon. EVERTHING WAS COLD. LITERALLY CAME HOME & REHEATED IN AIR-FRYER. Customers were returning food when we left. I work in Customer service, this would not be acceptable at my job. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Thought id give this place a 5 star review because they served me a zinger stacker burger which i gobbled down in a fashion that my grandmother would have thought little of. The chips today were also excellent, not burnt and seasoned.Food: 5/5
Very disappointing, I was served a burger with a significant amount of mould on it. However, the staff were very friendly, apologised, and quickly replaced it.
Really nice staff. Unfortunately the chicken wasn't the best but it may be the time I went. It was really quiet, so I think it was time to chuck the chicken, not serve it, and do a fresh batch? I have had good chicken there before, but it had been a while since I had been back. But the staff are really lovely.Food: 3/5
Went through the drive through around 3.10pm today to get my little one something to eat. Male takes my order, got to the window a Indian lady was there. She gives my order, shuts the window and I'm checking everything is there. Missing a straw so I wave my hands and looks at me and says OH MY GOD.. MY reaction was seriously.. Kept my cool since my little one was at the back seat. Might need to work on their customer service skills. People like that will definitely give a bad name for franchises. ‍
Food was fresh but got our order wrong by giving us small chips instead of the large ones which we paid for. the lady at the pay window pretty much had her hat covering her face and didn't speak a word and faced away while handing me the EFTPOS machine to pay for my food. Usually, great service here but today was really bad customer service and the order was incorrect.
Every person in the restaurant was waiting 30+ minutes for their order. It was not busy at all maybe 6 people. Looked like everyone behind the counter was in slow motion, manager on duty couldn’t even solve any problems, they had to ask the rest of the staff. I didn’t get a spoon or my drink. I had to wait again to ask for my Fanta. Got a small plain popcorn chicken despite ordering a regular spicy popcorn chicken. My bbq slider was wrong. Not work $32 that’s for sure
There was no 0 star so I just gave a 1 star this was the worst experience I’ve had at kfc lynfield it is not the first time I’ve went and spent more than $50 and today I explained to them that my order wasn’t complete last time I went there I live far away so I couldn’t be bothered to go back. I tried multiple times ringing them but no one answered the phone, when I explained it to them today the manager was arguing me and not accepting my complaint and the manager did not care but eventually she gave me my missing order from last time and she gave me a 2-3 days old chicken, it was cold and hard. It tasted like it was microwaved. I don’t recommend anyone going here
Got served soggy wings after waiting for 20min. When my Prego partner asked for a fresh/hot chicken we were denied it and the store manager said they were done frying chicken for the day and we're not gona cook any more at 7.30pm. this KFC is a joke .
Just left KFC drive thru after sitting there for an hour. Waiting for someone to serve us at the speaker. No one did. We yelled into it asking if we can order… finally a lady Said there there’s no chicken and no more orders…. We then drive off now at Wendy’s looking at the line and assuming the same workers are not making an effort at all to tell all the people waiting in line for the next that they’d rent taking orders…. Pretty disgusting how KFC lynfield workers treat their customers
