I knew I made a mistake after walking in store to pickup my online order. No customers and staff girls chatting amongst themselves finishing their chat before coming to the till and saying "yup?"  Got home found my burger had onion which I ordered removed and a melted aioli pottle which had spilt through the bag.  Not worth the price for such bad service with no attention to detail

First impressions are everything and entrance and steps need a jolly good water blast. Inside a nice welcome from new guy, Gabe. Took my Mini Hamburgini w cheese, aioli and kumara fries home. Absolutely filling and delicious. Will return.Food: 5/5

Great food at BurgerFuel, I usually go for the Double American Muscle as I love eating meat however I decided to try the V8 Vegan burger and it as super good! Don’t forget to try out their thick shakes, super thick and creamy.

Burgers are difinitely catch my yum expectations.. but kumara fries burns and still I eat it cuz im hungry..

First time eating at Burger Fuel. There was only one employee at the time who both cooked and served. She was very nice! As for the food, so good. Their smash browns are way better than BK's hashies. As for their burgers, very yummy and surprisingly the kid's size was pretty big with its portion. 10/10, would go again.

It would be better if the food was served in order. First come, first served. There were few people in the store. It is unfortunate that there are people who arrive later than me to get their meals and finish them while I'm still waiting for mine. It would not be worth my time to come here if I knew I would have to wait so long for one burger.

I want to give a shout out to the employee who worked on 30 january 2023 at 18.40, I dont know his name but he served customer very very well, he is outstanding. Even he worked alone but he still attentive to details, for example I saw him reminds the elderly to watch his step as he step down the stairs and to me, I redeemed my free burger for my birthday and he said happy birthday twice to me. He deserves a promotion

By far the best BurgerFuel. We use to live at Ellerslie and this has been our goto BF.  We have transferred to 8 properties far from Ellerslie but we keep on going back to BF Ellerslie if we are craving for a nice yummy BF burger.

My order was late, chips were soggy and the restaurant was messy. BurgerFuel standards have dropped.Food: 2/5

Fantastic like always. Have literally never had a bad burger fuel experience. I cannot adequately express my love for this place  Vegetarian options: Heaps of veg options and will turn anything into vege if asked  Parking: Parking lot across the street if the spots DIRECTLY in front are taken  Dietary restrictions: Vegan options galore and great flexibility
