Wendy's

Great Wendy's restaurant. Clean, friendly service. Ordered the 3/4 lb triple burger, was really good and well made, actually really loved it, also ordered a few kids meals and frosties. Would definitely eat here again when visiting the area!

I went to this place during peak hours. To my surprise it was quite empty, with good reason I suppose. First of all the service is absolutely appalling. The front counter staff do not have have a care in the world and operate at one speed only. The food quality is abysmal and after a few attempts chucked it away. Very poorly run place that doesn't even deserve the single star. Places like this need to get shut down!

Burgers are dry, seems they're been cooked a long time ago and reheated before serving them to my family. Orange juice is not pure as other Wendy's restaurant. As we order without ice but our juices got ice in it and I asked to removed the ice. One staff took the juices in the sink took out the ice and return with our cups still full of juice. It's either they juice hidden beside the sink or just fill up our cups of juice with sink water...

So I've been getting the baconator burgers from all the other Wendy's franchises. I roll UP to this ESTABLISHMENT. Order the same meal as I always do. But was disgusted to see there was a little smidgen piece of bacon that looks more like a garnish, than a actual Ingredient. It should be called the cheeseburger with a garnish of bacon. In fact I advise people not even to order this product from this local franchise.

The interior is just amazing. I have to say, u am in love with the new style and branding of Wendy's. It seems to me they are going into the rustic, natural look with the rustic potplants and the hanging vines. When you sit down you become relaxed and put at ease. I came for lunch and it was busy with people dining in, taking out and driving through. We received our food ten minutes after ordering as the staff were belting out all the meals and it was a smoothly run service. The downside is the outside parking but honestly, who cares??

Their new burger menu has these new awesome pickles. They are absolutely fantastic and freaking delicious! I highly recommend trying these new burgers! For the price of what you get it's a bit expensive but the food was good, restaurant looking like it needs a fresh look, bathroom men's needs attention team wasn't clean especially sink, but we will be back, service and staff extremely friendly thanks team for our Wendy's fix.Food: 4/5

Very dirty. Take some pride in your establishment. It’s not hard to wipe all the dead flies off the window sills.
